Düdüklü Tencerede Köy Tavuğu Kaç Dakikada Pişer?
Köy tavuğu yani doğal bir şekilde büyümüş tavuk, marketten aldığımız tavuklara nazaran daha geç bir şekilde pişmektedir. Fakat konu düdüklü tencere olduğu zaman bu süre normal tencerelere kıyasla daha kısa sürecektir.

Düdüklü tencere kullanılarak pişirilen tavuklar hiç şüphesiz her zaman daha kolay pişirilir. Tavuk eti zaten her zaman en kısa sürede pişirilen et olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Fakat aslında bunun nedeni tavuğun yapısı ile oynanmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Şöyle ki, markette satılan tavukların çoğu ilaçlarla ya da yedikleri yemlerin ilaçlı olmasından dolayı daha çabuk bir şekilde büyür ve eti bu yüzden daha çabuk pişer. Fakat doğal ortamında, doğal şartlarla büyüyen tavukların eti daha serttir ve bu yüzden daha geç pişmektedir.
Günümüzde hormonlu olarak bilinen bu tavuklar hem mangalda hem de ocakta yaklaşık olarak 20 dakikada kolaylıkla pişirilebiliyorken, köy tavukları ise düdüklü tencere kullanılarak ancak 1 ila 1,5 saat arasında pişebilmektedir. Yine fırında pişirme süresi ise 200 dereceye 1 saat 15 dakika, daha sonrasında derecesi 150’ye indirilip 30 dakika da bu şekilde pişirilmesi gerekmektedir. Gördüğünüz gibi tavuk eti sanıldığı kadar basit pişirilen bir et türü değildir. Hatta kırmızı etten daha uzun bir sürede pişirilmektedir.
Tavuk yetiştirme konusunda uzmanlar, yumurtadan çıktıktan 45 gün sonra kesilecek büyüklüğe geldiğini belirtmektedir. Fakat aslında bir tavuğun tam manasıyla gelişebilmesi neredeyse 1 seneyi bulur. Doğal bir şekilde beslendiği taktirde tabii.
Köy Tavuğu İle Normal Tavuk Arasındaki Farklar
Köy tavuğu ile normal tavuğu ayırt etmek aslında oldukça kolaydır. Fakat günümüzde köy tavuğunu sıklıkla göremediğimiz için bu ayrımı yapmak zorlaşabilmektedir. Öncelikle köy tavuğunun eti sanıldığı gibi bembeyaz değildir, özellikle pişirildiğinde bu daha net bir şekilde görülebilmektedir. Köy tavuğunun rengi daha koyudur ve kimi zaman bu koyuluktan dolayı insanlar bozulduğunu düşünerek tercih etmemektedir. Fakat son kullanma tarihine daha varsa ve tavuktan herhangi bir kötü koku gelmiyorsa ya da görüntüsünde koyuluk dışında herhangi göze çarpan bir durum yoksa direkt olarak bozulduğunu düşünmemenizi öneririz.
Köy tavuğunu anlamanızı sağlayacak bir diğer şey ise pişme süresidir. Biraz öncede söylediğimiz gibi köy tavuğu, her yerde kolaylıkla satın aldığımız tavuklara nazaran oldukça daha uzun bir sürede pişmektedir. Ayrıca tam manasıyla pişmemiş olan köy tavuklarının etleri de oldukça serttir. Yani örnek vermek gerekirse, kasaptan aldığınız tavuk etiniz haşlamak istediniz ve tencereye koydunuz diyelim. Normalde yarım saat içerisinde haşlanması gerekirken tavuk 1 saat oldu ve hala tam manasıyla haşlanmadıysa buradan kolaylıkla doğal bir şekilde beslenmiş ve büyümüş bir tavuk olduğunu düşünebilirsiniz. Eğer vaktinden önce kesilmiş bir tavuk ise yine eti daha çabuk yumuşayacakken, olgun olan bir tavuğun eti daha geç pişecektir. Aslında bu duruma rahatlıkla sevinebilirsiniz.
