Sarımsaklı Yoğurt Kaç Gün Dayanır?
Sarımsaklı yoğurt, birçok yemeğin yanında katık olarak kullanılabilen, bazen meze olarak bazen de yardımcı yemek olarak tüketilebilen, son derece sağlıklı ve bir o kadar da dayanıksız bir malzemedir.
Sarımsaklı yoğurt, mutlaka tüketilecek kadar yapılmalı, olabildiğince bir sonraki güne kalmamalıdır. Ancak farkında olunmadan çok fazla hazırlanmış olabilir. Bu durumda da bazı noktalara dikkat edilmesi halinde, bir sonraki gün de kullanılabilecek durumda olacaktır.
Sarımsaklı Yoğurt Nasıl Saklanmalıdır?
- Sarımsaklı yoğurt artmış ise, ilk olarak tüketilebilecek bir başka yer bulunması tavsiye edilir. Söz gelimi yemek esnasında kullanılmak üzere hazırlanan ancak bir bölümü artan sarımsaklı yoğurt, içerisine pul biber, nane ve kekik de eklenerek cipslerin yanında sos olarak tüketilebilir, bu şekilde kullanımı aynı zamanda son derece lezzetli olacaktır.
- Eğer sarımsaklı yoğurt tüm çabalara rağmen artmış ise bu durumda olabildiğince küçük bir kaba alınmalıdır. Bu kabın kapaklı olması tercih edilmelidir. Eğer kapaklı bir kap mevcut değilse, kabın ağız kısmı hava almayacak şekilde streç film ile kaplanmalı ve ardından en kısa sürede buzdolabına konmalıdır. Ağzı açık bırakılırsa sarımsak kokusu bütün buzdolabını sarabilir, bu nedenle dikkatli olunması önerilir.
- Buna ek olarak, hazırlandığı günden bir sonraki gün sarımsaklı yoğurt büyük olasılıkla sulanacak ve sarımsak kokusu çok daha baskın bir hale gelecektir. Bu nedenle ikinci gün kullanım öncesinde içerisine birkaç kaşık daha yoğurt eklenerek karışım tazelenebilir. Bu işlem aynı zamanda baskın sarımsak kokusunun da azalmasını sağlayacaktır. Ancak yine artmamasına çok dikkat edilmelidir.
- Sarımsaklı yoğurdun hazırlandığı günden bir sonraki gün tüketilmesi sağlık açısından bir risk taşımaz. Ancak hazırlanmasının üzerinden birkaç gün geçen sarımsaklı yoğurt bu süre zarfında buzdolabında kalsa bile tüketilmemesi gerekir. Aksi halde sağlık sorunları ortaya çıkabilir. Her daim taze olarak hazırlanması gereken sarımsaklı yoğurt, oda sıcaklığında bırakılmamalıdır.
Sarımsaklı Yoğurt Nasıl Hazırlanmalı?
Sarımsaklı yoğurdun saklanması kadar önemli olan bir başka konu da, hazırlık aşamasıdır. Sarımsaklı yoğurdun çok katı veya çok sulu olmaması bu aşamada son derece önemlidir. Sarımsaklar rendelenmeli yahut çok minik parçalar halinde doğranmalıdır. Eğer mümkünse en iyi seçenek havanda sarımsakların az bir miktar tuz ile dövülmesidir. Bu sırada bir kabın içerisine yoğurt alınır ve iyice karıştırılarak pürüzsüz bir hale gelmesi sağlanır. Ardından sarımsaklar yoğurdun içine eklenir. Yoğurt çok kıvamlı ise içerisine bir yemek kaşığı kadar su eklenmeli ve iyice yeniden karıştırılmalıdır.
Sarımsaklı yoğurda farklı bir tat ve görünüm kazandırmak için yanına maydanoz ve dereotu gibi yeşillikler de eklenebilir. Ayrıca damak zevkine uygun olarak çok az miktarda zeytinyağı ve pul biber de içerisine eklenebilir.
