Keçi Eti Nasıl Yumuşatılır?

Keçi eti sert bir ettir. Bu yüzden bu et türü ile yapılan yemeklerde normal etmiş gibi davrandığımızda muhtemelen yeterince pişmemiş, çok lezzetli olmayan bir yemek ile karşılaşacağız. Keçi etinde öncelikle pişirme süresi çok önemlidir. Etin tamamen yumuşamasını istiyorsanız, yüksek ateşte pişirmek yerine kısık ateşte ağır ağır pişirmelisiniz. Bu şekilde hem sizi uğraştırmamış hem de oldukça lezzetli bir yemek ile karşılaşacağınıza eminiz.
Keçi etinde en çok yaşanan sıkıntılardan biri de üzerindeki sert kıllardır. Bazen ne kadar uğraşılırsa uğraşılsın bu kılları büyük oranda temizlemek imkansız olabileceği gibi, oldukça vakit de alacaktır. Bu yüzden kılları temizlerken un ve sudan yardım alabilirsiniz. Burada un ve suyu karıştırarak bir top hamur elde edin ve bu hamuru biraz baskıyla etin üzerinde gezdirirseniz, etin üstündeki kılları büyük oranda temizleyebilirsiniz.
Keçi Etinin Faydaları Nelerdir?
Öncelikle keçiler ile ilgili bilgi vererek keçi etinin aslında ne kadar faydalı olduğuyla alakalı daha rahat düşünebilmenizi isteriz. Keçiler yapay yem ile beslenmez. Yani yedikleri bitkinin ya da yemin onlara zararlı olup olmadığını anlayabilirler ve zarar verebilecek bir bitki ya da yem ise onu tüketmezler. Daha çok yayla gibi geniş alanlarda otlanarak doğal bir şekilde beslenirler. Kısaca söylemek istediğimiz, keçilerin vücutlarına kimyasal herhangi bir madde girmediği için etleri de daha diri ve lezzetlidir.
- Az yağlı bir et türü olduğundan dolayı kolesterol hastalarının rahatlıkla tüketebileceği bir et türüdür.
- Keçi etinin hafızayı güçlendirici özelliği vardır.
- Yine keçi etindeki besin değerleri, insan vücudundaki sorunlu ya da hasta hücrelerin çoğalmasını engelleyerek yararlı hücrelerin gelişmesini ve çoğalmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu yüzden özellikle köylerde keçi eti ya da doğal beslenen hayvanların etlerinden yiyen kişiler daha uzunca bir süre herhangi bir sağlık problemi yaşamadan yaşayabilmektedir.
- Diğer etler ile kıyaslandığında keçi etinin içinde daha fazla B1 ve B2 vitamini bulunmaktadır. Bu vitaminlerin çok olmasından dolayı da özellikle kalıcı deri yaralanmalarında derinin yenilenmesini sağlamaktadır.
- Yine B1 ve B2 vitaminleri aracılığıyla sinir hücrelerini de korumaktadır.
- Keçi etinin tüketimi ile birlikte keçi sütünün de tüketilmesi kemik rahatsızlıklarının azalmasına büyük oranda katkı sağlamaktadır.
