Yoğurt mayalandıktan yaklaşık olarak 7 saat sonra buzdolabına konmalıdır. Bu süre, ortamın sıcaklığı ile de değişebilmektedir.
Yoğurt Mayaladıktan Kaç Saat Sonra Dolaba Konur?
Yukarıda da bahsetmiş olduğumuz gibi yoğurt mayalandıktan sonra yaklaşık olarak 7 saat içerisinde buzdolabına konmalıdır. Yoğurdun tam anlamıyla mayalanması için sadece beklemesi değil, ortam ve sütün sıcaklığı da ideal derecede olmalıdır. Sütün kaynama derecesi 45 derecedir. Bu dereceyi tutturduğunda altını iyice kısıp 15 dakika daha kaynatmak ve ocağı kapattıktan sonra ise ideal sıcaklığa ulaşmasını beklemek gerekmektedir. Eğer 45 derece ise mayalama işlemine geçilir. Bu işlemden sonra da yapılacak bitmiyor. Tencereyi iyice sarıp, sıcaklığın birden düşmesini engellemesiniz. Aksi takdirde yoğurdunuz mayalanmayacaktır.
Yoğurt yaparken dikkat edilmesi gereken bazı ayrıntılar vardır. Bu ayrıntılar gözden kaçırıldığında yaptığınız yoğurtta ufak tefek eksiklikler meydana gelecektir. Bunu engellemek adına aşağıda yazacağımız adımları doğru bir şekilde uygulayabilir ve lezzetli bir yoğurt yapabilirsiniz.
Yoğurt Nasıl Yapılır?
Günümüzde bir çok gıdanın içine katkı maddesi karıştırıldığı için artık mümkün olduğunca gıdalar evde yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bunlardan en sık yapılan gıda ise yoğurttur. Özellikle küçük yaştaki çocukların sağlıklı bir şekilde gelişmesini sağlamak için evde doğal yoğurt yapabilirsiniz.
- Öncelikle açık süt ya da günlük süt kullanmanız gerektiğini belirtelim. Bu sütler kesinlikle taze olmalıdır. Sütün bozuk olması ya da ekşimesi direkt olarak yoğurdunuzun tadını da değiştirecektir.
- Aldığınız sütü mümkünse çelik bir tencere içine boşaltın ve kaynamaya bırakın. Bu kaynama esnasında en az 10 dakika olacak şekilde sütü karıştırmanız gerekmektedir. Bu şekilde sütün hava almasını sağlamış olacaksınız. Süt kaynamaya başladığında ise altını iyice kısarak 15 dakika daha kaynamasına müsaade etmelisiniz.
- Sütü az bir süre bu şekilde bekletmeniz gerekmektedir. İlk kaynadığındaki sıcaklığı yüksek olduğu için ideal sıcaklığa gelmesi açısından bu gereken bir süredir. İdeal sıcaklığa ulaşıp ulaşmadığını anlamanız için ise serçe parmak testi uygulayabilirsiniz. Burada öncelikle serçe parmağınızı sütün içine sokun ve içinizden 7’ye kadar sayın. Eğer 7’ye kadar tutabiliyorsanız, ideal sıcaklığa ulaştığını anlayabilirsiniz.
- Daha sonrasında sütün kaynamaya bağlı olarak meydana gelen üst tabakasını çok bozmayacak şekilde, bir yemek kaşığı mayayı dikkatli bir şekilde tencerenin dibine indirin ve yine çok dış yüzeyi etkilemeyecek şekilde karıştırır gibi mayayı tencerenin içine bırakın.
- Bu işlemden sonra ise sütün birden soğumasını engellemek adına, mümkünse oda sıcaklığında ve çok serin olmayacak bir ortamda, tencerenin üzerini çeşitli örtüler ile kapatarak, çok ayak altı bir yerde olmayacak şekilde tencerenizi dinlenmeye alabilirsiniz.
- Oda sıcaklığına da bağlı olarak 5 ila 7 saat içerisinde sütünüz mayalanmış olacaktır. Mayalandığını farkettikten sonra buzdolabına hava almayacak şekilde kaldırabilirsiniz.
