Yürüyüş Yaparken El Şişkinliği
Ellerde meydana gelen şişkinliğin birçok sebebi olabilmektedir. Temel olarak ellerde meydana gelen şişmenin fizyolojisine bakılacak olursa ; kan birikmesine bağlı olarak kanın perifere geçmesi sonucu damarlar arasında su birikimi olarak bilinen ödem oluşumudur. Kalp vücuda dakikada 5 litre kan pompalamaktadır. Bu kan her dakika boyunca arterler ve kılcal damarlar boyunca bütün organlara ve dokulara dağılmaktadır. Bazı patolojik tıkanıklıklardan ötürü kan gelememesi durumda ellerde şişkinlik görülebilmektedir. Peki yürüyüş yaparken el şişkinliği dışında hangi durumlarda ellerde şişkinlik gerçekleşir ?

Yürüyüş Yaparken El Şişkinliği Neden Olur?
Yürüyüş yaparken sıkça ellerde şişme hatta hafif morarmalar meydana gelebilmektedir. Yürüyüş yaparken el şişkinliği aslında çok önemli bir rahatsızlığı işaret etmiyor olabilir. Araştırmalara göre yürüyüş yaparken el şişkinliği oluşumunun temelinde kişinin yürürken ellerini çok hareket ettirmemesi; buna bağlı olarak yeterli kanın o bölgeye gidememesi yer almaktadır. Kan hareketliliğinin yavaşlamasına bağlı ödem oluşur. Oluşan ödem sonucu kişinin ellerinde şişme, ileri boyutta morarma gerçekleşmektedir. Yürüyüş yaparken el şişkinliğini oluşumunu önlemek oldukça kolaydır. Yürüyüş yaparken ellerin daha sık hareket ettirilmesi; kan akışının hareketlenmesini sağlayarak ödem oluşumunu engellemekte el şişkinliğinin önüne geçmektedir.
Yürüyüş dışında günlük yapılan egzersizler esnasında da ellerde şişme meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu sebepten ötürü ellerde meydana gelen şişliklerin temeli hala araştırılmaya devam edilse de en önemli sebep olarak egzersiz esnasında kalbin iş yükünün artması, buna bağlı olarak kaslara daha çok kan pompalaması sonucu ellere yeterli kanın gelememesi gösterilmektedir.
Ellerde oluşan şişkinliklerin yukarıda gösterildiği gibi birden fazla ve birbirinden bağımsız birçok sebebi olabilmektedir. Uzun süreli geçmeyen el şişkinliklerinizde mutlaka uzman bir doktora başvurunuz.
