Rf (Türbidimetrik) Yüksekliği
Rf (Türbidimetrik) yüksekliği romatoid artritte artış göstermektedir. Romatoid artrit bir iltihaplı romatizmal hastalıktır. Çok sık ve yaygın görülen bu hastalık eklemlerde deformasyonlara sebep olur.
Romatoid artritin görülme olasılığı %1’dir. Çocuklar da dahil olmak üzere herkeste görülebilir. Ancak kadınlarda görülme olasılığı erkeklere oranla iki üç kat daha fazladır. 40-50 yaşlardan sonra özellikle 60’lı yaşlardan sonra sıkça karşılaşılmaktadır.
Romatoid artritin tanısı için uzman doktor tarafından tam fiziksel muayene gerçekleştirilir. El ve ayaklara röntgen çekilmesi gereklidir. Bu rahatsızlığı olan kişilerde el ve ayak eklemlerindeki patolojik değişimlerden tespiti mümkündür. Öncelikle belli bir bölgede başlayan iltihap daha sonra vücuttaki diğer eklemlere de yayılmaktadır.
Peki Rf testi nedir ? Rf testi kandaki romatoid faktör seviyesini ölçer. Vücudumuz enfeksiyon kaynağı olan bakteri, virüs ya da hapten olarak adlandırılan antijenlere karşı antikor üretir. Bazı durumlarda vücut kendi hücrelerini yabancı hücre olarak tanır ve onlar için antikor üretirler buna oto antikor denir. Romatoid artrit faktörü vücudun ürettiği oto antikorlardan biridir.
Rf(Türbidimetrik) yüksekliği romatoid artrit dışında;
- Bakteri, virüs kaynaklı enfeksiyonlarda
- Akciğer, böbrek rahatsızlıklarında
- Bazı otoimmun hastalıklarda
- Siroz gibi bazı karaciğer hastalıklarında
- Lösemi gibi bazı kan hastalıklarında
- Bazı kanser türlerinde artış gösterebilir.
Rf (türbidimetrik ) yüksekliği normal sağlıklı bireylerde de artış gösterebilir. Bu kısa süreli olağan bir durum olabilir. Rf faktörü kandan alınan bir tüp kan ile kısa sürede tespit edilebilir.
Rf Değeri Nasıl Düşürülür?
Rf değeri 65 yaş üstünde her beş kişiden birinde yüksektir. Bu oldukça normal karşılanır. Rf değerinin yükselmesine sebep olan hastalık etkeni öncelikle bulunmalı gerekli tedavi yöntemine geçilmelidir.
Romatoid artrit hastası olan kişilerde rf değeri her daim yüksektir. Kişi ömür boyu genellikle belli aralıklarla penisilin tedavisi görür. Rf değerinin düşürülmesi için vücutta enfeksiyona sebep olan kaynak bulunmalı ve tedavi edilmelidir.
