Hepatik Fleksura Polip
Hepatik fleksura polip genellikle ince bağırsak, kalın bağırsak ve mide de oluşan iç kısma (organa) doğru büyüme gösteren yapılardır. Hepatik fleksura polipler iyi huylu olabilecekleri gibi kötü huylu polipler de mevcuttur. Polipler kalın bağırsakta mide ve ince bağırsağa göre daha sık görülmektedir.
Yapılan araştırmalara göre kalın bağırsakta oluşan poliplerin birçoğunun kalın bağırsak kanserinin oluşumuna zemin hazırladığı kanıtlanmıştır.
Yapılan klinik araştırmalar sonucunda kalın bağırsak polipleri;
- 70 yaş üzerindeki kişilerde %40
- 50 yaş üzerindeki kişilerde kadınlarda %15, erkeklerde %25
- Erişkin yaş grubunda da %1-12 oranında görülmektedir.
Kişinin yaşamı boyunca polip teşhisi konması %6 ihtimal taşımaktadır.
Polipler kalın bağırsağın her kısmında görülebilmektedir. Kalın barsağın bölümlerinde polip görülme istatisliği;
- %70 kadarı kalın barğırsağın sol kısmında yani inen kısmında görülmektedir.
- %20 kadarı kalın bağırsağın yatay bölümünde görülmektedir.
- %10 kadarı ise kalın bağırsağın sağ kısmında görülmektedir.
İnsanların hayatı boyunca bağırsak kanserine yakalanması %5 ihtimaldir.Bu ihtimal düşük gibi görülmesine karşı oluşan bu kanserin kaynağı %90 oranında poliplerdir. Poliplerin oluşma sıklığı bu kadar fazla iken kişinin kalın bağırsak kanserine karşı daha duyarlı olması gerekmektedir.
Kalın bağırsak polipleri genellikle;
- 40 yaşının üzerindeki kişilerde
- Ailesinde kalın bağırsak polibi olan kişilerde
- Sigara kullanan kişilerde
- Alkol kullananlarda
- Şişman kişilerde
- Hareketsiz kişilerde
- İrritabl bağırsak sendromu olan kişilerde daha sık görülmektedir.
Bağırsak Polipleri Belirtileri
Kalın bağırsakta meydana gelen poliplerin birçoğu genellikle asemptomatik ilerler. Ciddi büyüklüklere gelene kadar hiçbir belirti göstermezler. Bazı durumlarda ise kalın bağırsakta meydana gelen polipler;

- Karın ağrısı
