Enseye Doğru Olan Şişlik
Enseye doğru olan şişliklerin birden fazla sebebi olabilmektedir. Özellikle bakteri ve virüs kayaklı enfeksiyon hastalıkların bazılarında enseye doğru olan şişliklerden söz etmemiz mümkündür.
Enseye doğru olan şişlikler;
- Kızamık hastalığından kaynaklı olabilir. Kızamık rahatsızlığında ense bölgesinde başlayan bir şişlik söz konusudur. Bu rahatsızlık ciddi etkileri olan bir hastalıktır özellikle çocuklarda ve hamilelerde ciddi kalıcı hasarlara sebep olabilir bu sebeple acilen doktora gidilmeli gerekli önemler alınmalıdır.
- Kabakulak rahatsızlığı daha çok ön alt çene bölgesinde özellikle bademciklerin aşırı derece şişmesi ile kendini gösteren bir rahatsızlıktır. kabakulak hastalığında bazı durumlarda şişlik ön kısımdan enseye doğru uzanan bir şişlik oluşmasına sebep olabilir. Bu durum nadir görülür ancak görülen vakalar bulunmaktadır.
- Enseye doğru uzanan şişlikler bağışıklık sistemimiz ile alakalı bir sorunun habercisi de olabilir. Lenf nodu dediğimiz bağışıklık sistemimizin koruyucu mekanizmalarının aşırı derecede büyümesi, şişmesi sonucu len nodunun bulunduğu bir bölge olan boyun bölgesinde enseye doğru şişlik oluşumu gözlenebilir.
Ense bölgesinde meydana gelen şişliklerin bir diğer sebebi fıtık kaynaklı olabilir. Fıtık boynun aşırı derecede yanlış harekete maruz kalması sonucu zaman ile oluşabileceği gibi ani travmalar sonrasında da oluşabilmektedir. Oluşan bu tarz şişliklerde dokunulduğunda ele beze şeklinde şişliklerin gelmesi mümkündür.
Enseye doğru uzanan ani şekilde oluşan ve dokunulduğunda ağrı ve acı oluşmayan şişlikler akıllara tümör olabileceğini de getirmektedir. İyi huylu ya da kötü huylu tümör olup olmadığı hızlı bir şekilde araştırılmalı, gerekli tetkikler yapılmalıdır.

Enseye doğru oluşan şişliklerin birden fazla sebebinin olabileceğini ve bu sebepleri yukarıda ayrıntılı bir şekilde bahsettik. Ensede oluşan şişliklerin giderilmesi için kaynağının bulunması ve buna yönelik bir çözüm çalışmasının yapılması gerekmektedir.
Ensede oluşan şişlik;
- Lenf nodlarından kaynaklı ise ki çoğunlukla bu sebepten oluşur; vücudumuzda bir mikrop vardır ve bunun için gerekli antibiyotik tedavisi yapılmalıdır.
- Fıtık kaynaklı oluşan şişliklerin ciddi boyutlarında ameliyat gereklidir ancak genellikle fizik tedavi doktoru tarafından verilen fizik tedavi programı ile kişi eski sağlığına kavuşabilir.
- Kızamık, kabakulak gibi rahatsızlıklardan kaynaklı şişliklerde hastalığın seyri her zaman doktor tarafından takip edilmeli ve gerekli müdahaleler yapılmalıdır.
