Enseye doğru olan şişliklerin birden fazla sebebi olabilmektedir. Özellikle bakteri ve virüs kayaklı enfeksiyon hastalıkların bazılarında enseye doğru olan şişliklerden söz etmemiz mümkündür.
Enseye doğru olan şişlikler;
- Kızamık hastalığından kaynaklı olabilir. Kızamık rahatsızlığında ense bölgesinde başlayan bir şişlik söz konusudur. Bu rahatsızlık ciddi etkileri olan bir hastalıktır özellikle çocuklarda ve hamilelerde ciddi kalıcı hasarlara sebep olabilir bu sebeple acilen doktora gidilmeli gerekli önemler alınmalıdır.
- Kabakulak rahatsızlığı daha çok ön alt çene bölgesinde özellikle bademciklerin aşırı derece şişmesi ile kendini gösteren bir rahatsızlıktır. kabakulak hastalığında bazı durumlarda şişlik ön kısımdan enseye doğru uzanan bir şişlik oluşmasına sebep olabilir. Bu durum nadir görülür ancak görülen vakalar bulunmaktadır.
- Enseye doğru uzanan şişlikler bağışıklık sistemimiz ile alakalı bir sorunun habercisi de olabilir. - Kızamık, kabakulak gibi rahatsızlıklardan kaynaklı şişliklerde hastalığın seyri her zaman doktor tarafından takip edilmeli ve gerekli müdahaleler yapılmalıdır.
