Kızartma Yaparken Yağ Sıçramaması İçin Ne Yapılır?

1-)Sebzeleri Kurutun
Kızartma esnasında yağ sıçramasının en yaygın sebeplerinden bir tanesi sebzelerin su içermesidir. Kızartma yaparken sebzeleri yıkadığınız gibi yağ içerisine atmayınız. Bu işlem yağın çok fazla sıçramasına sebep olur.
Sebzelerin suyunun süzülmesi için bekleyin. Bu işlemi hızlandırmak için kağıt havlu kullanabilirsiniz. Kağıt havlu ile sebzelerin suyunu güzelce alınız ve yağ aşırı kızmadan kızartma işlemini gerçekleştirmeye başlayınız.
2-)Tuz Ekin
Kızartma yapacağınız yiyeceklere öncesinde tuz ekmeniz yağın sıçramasını azaltmaktadır. Bu işlemi uygulamadan önce sebzeleri yıkayın ve kağıt havlu ile iyice kurulayın.
Bu aşamada dikkat etmeniz gereken husus tuz ektiğinizi unutmayınız ve kızartma işleminden sonra tuz ekmek isterseniz öncelikli olarak tadına bakınız.
3-)Kapak Kullanın
Kızartma yapma esnasında etrafa yağın sıçramasını önlemek istiyorsanız, kızartma tavanızın ağzını kapayacak bir kapak kullanmanızı tavsiye ederiz.
Bu işlem hem kızartmanın daha hızlı gerçekleşmesine sebep olur hem de etrafa yağ yayılmadığı gibi koku da yayılmamış olur. Kapağı açarken yağ sıçraması tehlikesine karşı temkinli olmanızı, ocağın altını kısık ateşe getirdikten sonra kapağı açarak işlemi gerçekleştirmenizi tavsiye ederiz.
NOT: Kızartma yapımı esnasında tavanın yanına asla ıslak elle yaklaşmayınız. Kızgın yağın içerisine su kaçması yağın çok şiddetli olarak patlamasına ve etrafa sıçramasına sebep olmaktadır.
