Bayat Pide ile Yapılan Yemekler
Bayat pidelerinizi çöpe atmak yerine lezzetli yemekler de kullanabilirsiniz. Bayatlamış pideler genellikle ev kadınları tarafından çöpe atılır. Yenilmesi zararlı olan bayat pideleri atmak yerine bambaşka yemekler içinde kullanarak hem israf olmasını önleyebilir hem de yeni bir lezzet ile tanışabilirsiniz.
Bayatlamış ürünler her evde mutlaka bulunur. Çabuk bayatlayan ve kuruyan ekmekleri, pideleri yeniden farklı yemekler içinde kullanarak çöpe atılmalarının önüne geçebilirsiniz. Pideleri satın aldıktan sonra birkaç gün içinde tüketmeniz tavsiye edilmektedir yoksa pideler kısa süre içinde bayatlayacak, kuruyacak ve yenilmez bir hale gelecektir. Bu gibi durumlarda pidelerin çöpe atılması maddi bir zarar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bayat Pide ile Pizza Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 1 tane domates,
- 1 tane soğan,
- 1 tane yeşil biber,
- Arta kalan pideler,
- Tuz, karabiber,
- Tereyağı.
Yapılışı:
- Öncelikle pidenin yalnızca üst kısmında yer alan ekmek içlerini çıkarın.
- Daha sonra bu orta kısma bir miktar tereyağı sürün. Yerine margarin de sürebilirsiniz.
- Sonrasında bir kabın içine soğan, yeşil biber ve domatesleri bıçak yardımı ile ince ince doğrayın ve sonrasında hepsini karıştırın.
- Bu karışımın içine isteğe bağlı olarak sucuk, sosis ya da mantar kesip ekleyebilirsiniz.
- Sonrasında tüm karışımı tavanın içine dökün, altını yakın ve hafifçe karıştırın.
- Tüm karışımı ocağın altını kapattıktan sonra ortası oyulmuş pidenin içine dökün.
- Fırını hafifçe ısıtın ve pideyi fırına koyup üstü pişene kadar orta ayarda pişirin.
- Fırından çıkardığınız pideyi soğuduktan sonra servis edebilirsiniz.
Bayat Pide ile Mantı Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- Bayatlamış pide,
- 300 gram kıyma,
- 1 tane soğan,
- 1 yemek kaşığı salça,
- 3 tane domates,
- 3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ,
- Bir çay kaşığı tuz ve kimyon,
- Tuz,
- Üzeri için:
- Yoğurt,
- 2 diş sarımsak,
- Kırmızı biber,
- Sıvı yağ.
Yapılışı:
- Mantı tarifi için öncelikle pidelerin hepsini küp şeklinde kesin.
- Daha sonrasında sarımsakları dövün ve yoğurdun içine katıp karıştırın.
- Sonra başka bir kabın içinde domatesleri ve soğanı ince ince doğrayın. Tavanın altını yakın ve domatesle soğanları içine dökün. Sıvı yağ ile bir süre kavurun.
- Sonra içine kıymayı da ekleyin ve suyunu çekene kadar karıştırmaya devam edin.
- Sonraki işlemde karışımın içine salçayı da ekleyin ve karıştırmaya devam edin. Son aşamada baharatları da ekleyin ve kısık ateş ile 8 dakika pişirin.
- Pideleri kaba dökün, üzerine yoğurt ve sos karışımını da ekleyip servis edin.
