Sütlü Aşure Nasıl Yapılır?
En sevilen aşure türlerinden birisi de sütlü aşuredir. Sütlü aşure yapımı su ile yapılan tariflere göre çok daha farklıdır. Süt ile yapabileceğiniz aşurenin çok daha hafif bir tadı olduğu için çok tercih edilen lezzetlerden birisidir. Aşağıda yer alan sütlü aşure tarifi ile sizler de evde kendinize aşure yapabilirsiniz.
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 2 su bardağı nohut,
- 4 su bardağı buğday,
- 2 su bardağı kuru fasulye,
- 200 gr kayısı,
- 200 gr incir,
- 200 gr kuru üzüm,
- 9 su bardağı şeker,
- 2 paket kuş üzümü,
- Yarım litre süt,
- Üstü için ceviz, fındık, tarçın, nar, elma kurusu.
Nasıl Yapılır?
- Bir gece önceden buğdayı sıcak suyla yıkayın ve sonrasında üzerine su koyarak kaynatın. Aynı şekilde kuru fasulye ve nohutu da düdüklü tencere içinde bir gece önceden ıslatın ve bir kere kaynatın.
- Daha sonra buğdayın üzerine su dökerek buğdayı yeniden kaynatın.
- Üzüm, kuş üzümü, nar, incir ve kayısıların hepsini ayrı kapların içinde sıcak su ile ıslatın. Bu şekilde yumuşayana kadar bekletin.
- Sonra buğdaylar piştikten sonra sıcak su ile yumuşamalarını sağlayabilirsiniz.
- Buğdaylar bittikten sonra içine süt katın, sonra içine nohut ve kuru fasulyeyi de ekleyin. Sonra su ile birlikte kuş üzümü ve üzüm ekleyin. Bir miktar kaynattıktan sonra içine şekeri de ekleyin. Kapatmaya yakın olduğunda içine incir ve kayısıyı da katın.
- Altını kapattıktan sonra kapakta biriken suyu aşurenin üzerinde bir kez gezdirin. Bu bereketin artması için yapılan simgesel bir harekettir.
- Kaplara dağıttıktan sonra aşurenin üzerini fındık, fıstık, tarçın ya da nar ile süsleyebilir ve servis edebilirsiniz.
