Ayva Tatlısının Rengi Nasıl Kırmızı Olur?
Ayva tatlısının renginin kırmızı olması aslında tamamen pişmesiyle alakalı olan bir durumdur. Yani bu kırmızılığı elde etmek için herhangi bir gıda boyası ya da başka bir ürün kullanmaya kesinlikle gerek yoktur ve her ne kadar sık kullanmıyor da olsanız, gıda boyası tarzı ürünler sağlık için zararlıdır. Biz şimdi sizlere, ayva tatlısı yaparken herhangi bir madde kullanmadan tamamen doğal yöntemler ile nasıl kırmızı renkte hazırlayabileceğinizi anlatıyoruz.
Ayva Tatlısının Rengi Nasıl Kırmızı Olur?
Ayva tatlısı yaparken biliyorsunuz, ayva önce temizlenir, çekirdeklerinden ve kabuklarından arındırılır. İşte kırmızılığı elde edeceğimiz nokta da tam olarak burası. Şöyle ki, bu işlemden sonra ayvaları ortadan ikiye kestikten sonra bir tencere içine yerleştiriyoruz ve içine de ayvaları 3 – 4 parmak geçecek kadar su dolduruyoruz. Daha sonrasında ayvanın kestiğimiz kabuklarını ve çekirdeklerini de bu suyun içine eklemeniz gerekiyor. Bu şekilde çok kısık olmayacak şekilde ateşi ayarlayıp 5 dakika kadar pişirmeniz gerekmektedir. Daha sonra üzerine 5 su bardağı olacak şekilde toz şeker ilave etmelisiniz ve kısık ateşte ayva bu şekilde tam 2 saat ağır ağır pişmelidir.
Bu şekilde pişirdikten sonra ayvalarınız kızaracaktır. Süreden dolayı mı bilinmez genellikle yapılan ayva tatlılarda ayvaların kızarması beklenmeden ocak söner ve maalesef ayvalar da gıda boyası ile boyanarak ancak bu renk elde edilebilmektedir.
Ayva Tatlısı Yapılırken Kullanılan Püf Noktalar
- Yukarıda da yazmış olduğumuz gibi ayva tatlısını yaparken, tencerenin içine çekirdeklerini ve kabuklarını da atmanız gerekmektedir. Böylece gıda boyası kullanmadan doğal bir şekilde tatlınızın kırmızı olmasını sağlayabilirsiniz.
- Soyduğunuz ayvaları bekleteceğiniz zaman limon suyu damlatarak ayvaların kararmasının önüne geçebilirsiniz.
- Ayva tatlısı yaparken kesinlikle har ateş kullanmamanız gerekmektedir. Hem tam anlamıyla pişmeyecektir, hem de çabuk taşmasına sebep olacaktır. Bunun yerine her zaman kısık ateşte pişirmeye dikkat etmelisiniz. Hem kısık ateşte pişen her şey daima daha lezzetli olmaktadır.
Ayva Tatlısı Nasıl Saklanır?
Ayva tatlısı da aslında içindeki şeker miktarından dolayı bir nevi reçelimsi bir yapıya sahiptir. Bu yüzden ayva tatlısını saklarken buzdolabında muhafaza etmemenize özen göstermelisiniz. Çabuk şekerlenebilir ve reçelde olduğu gibi, tatlıda bu şekerlenmeyi önlemeniz çok daha fazla işlem gerektirecektir.
Bunun yerine çok sıcak olmayan serin bir alanda, direkt olarak güneş ışığına maruz kalmayacak şekilde rahatlıkla muhafaza edebilirsiniz. Bu saklama esnasında tabiiki üzerini kesinlikle kapatmanız gerektiğini de hatırlatmadan geçmeyelim. Üzerini streç film ile kapatabilir ya da kapaklı bir kap içerisine koyarak bu şekilde saklayabilirsiniz. Çabuk bozulabilen bir tatlı olmasa da, yine de saklarken direkt sıcağa maruz bırakmamanız gerektiğini hatırlatmak isteriz.
