1-)Kurumasını Bekleyin
Daksil, kimyasal yapısından dolayı hızlıca kuruma özelliğine sahip bir maddedir. Dökülmesi durumunda lekenin daha fazla yayılmasını önlemek amacıyla öncelikli olarak kurumasını bekleyin.

2-)Fazla Miktarını Kazıyın
Dökülen daksil fazla miktarda ise kalıp şeklinde döküldüğü yerde kurur ve kalır. Burada oluşan lekeyi çıkarmadan önce kuruyan fazla miktardaki daksil miktarını kazıyarak çıkarınız. Bu işlemi maket bıçağı kullanarak ya da jilet kullanarak gerçekleştirebilirsiniz. Bu işlemi yaparken kumaşa ya da kendinize zarar vermediğinizden emin olunuz.
3-)Fırça ve Sabun Kullanın
Daksilin fazla miktarını kazıdıktan sonra kumaş üzerinde kalan daksil lekesini çıkarmak için bir fırça ve sabun kullanınız. Fırçayı sabun ile iyice köpürtünüz ve lekeli kısmı bu fırça ile iyice fırçalayınız. Bu işlemi birkaç defa tekrarlamanız gerekebilir. Fırçalama işleminden önce ılık su içerisinde bekletmeniz işlemi kolaylaştırabilir.
4-)Aseton Kullanın
Aseton benzer benzeri çözer temeline dayanarak daksilin kumaş üzerinden çözülerek akmasını sağlamaktadır. Burada dikkat etmeniz gereken nokta, aseton kullandığınızda kumaşın zarar görmediğinden emin olmanız. Eğer asetondan zarar görecek bir yapıya sahip kumaş ise kesinlikle bu yöntemi kullanmayınız.
