Damacana Nasıl Temizlenir?
En temel ihtiyaçlardan biri olan su hayatın vazgeçilmezlerindendir. Gün içerisinde dışarıda şişeler yardımıyla taşınan su, evlerde tüketim miktarının fazla olması sebebiyle damacanalarda tutulur. En temel ihtiyaç olan suyun temizliği her şeyin başında gelmektedir. Bu noktada suyun tutulduğu damacanın temizliğide içilen suyun temizliği için önemli bir yer tutar. Damacana temizliği konusunda farklı yöntemler kullanılabilir. Bunun için kullanılan damacananın cinsi de önemlidir. Ayrıca damacana temizlerken su pompasının temizlenmesi de çok önemlidir.
1-)Su ile Temizleme
Damacana temizlenirken yararlanılabilecek en kolay yöntem sadece su ile temizleme yöntemidir. Öncelikle damacananın içi boşaltılmalıdır. Daha sonra damacananın içine damacananın çeyreğini dolduracak kadar su doldurulmalıdır ve kapağı kapatılarak iyice çalkalanmalıdır. Çalkalama işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra damacananın içindeki su tekrar boşaltılmalıdır. Eğer alınan sonuçtan tatmin olunmadıysa farklı yöntemler denenmeli veya bu işlem tekrarlanmalıdır. Bu yöntem düzenli ve kısa aralıklarla tekrarlandığı zaman tatmin edici bir temizlik sağlayabilmektedir.
2-)Kaya Tuzu, Sirke ve Limon ile Temizleme
Damacanayı temizlerken daha hijyenik bir temizlik için kaya tuzu, sirke ve limon ile temizleme yöntemi tercih edilebilir. Temizlemeye başlamadan önce damacananın içi boşaltılmalıdır. Öncelikle bir avuç kalın kaya tuzu damacananın içine atılmalıdır. Sonra damacananın içine bir çay bardağı sirke dökülmelidir ve son olarak bir adet limon sıkılmalıdır.
Limon olmazsa bir bardak limon suyu kullanılabilir. Damacananın içine atılan kaya tuzu, sirke ve limonu çalkalayarak karıştırın. İlk çalkalamadan sonra 20 dakika veya 30 dakikalık periyotlarla damacana düzenli olarak çalkalanmalıdır. 3 veya 4 saatlik bir periyodun ardından damacanın iç temizliği tamamlanmış olacaktır. Damacananın dışının temizliği için ise yarım çay bardağı limon suyu ve yarım çay bardağı sirke karıştırılarak bir bez yardımıyla damacananın dışı iyice silinmelidir. Bu işlemlerin ardından damacananın içi ve dışı su ile iyice durulanmalıdır.Gerekli görüldüğü takdirde tekrar silinebilir. Bu yöntem cam damacana ile uygulanıyorsa biraz daha hassas davranmak gerekebilir.
3-)Kum ile Temizleme
Damacanayı temizlemek için kullanılabilecek bir diğer yöntemse kum ile temizleme yöntemidir. Bu yöntem aynı zamanda damacananın yosunlardan korunmasına yardımcı olacak bir yöntemdir. İlk olarak damacananın içi boşaltılmalıdır. Ardından damacananın 1/5’i kadarı kum ile doldurulmalıdır. Daha sonra içine bir miktar kaya tuzu koymak daha etkili sonuç verir. Bu işlemlerin ardından damacana iyice çalkalanmalıdır. Bu işlemin ardından damacana su ile iyice durulanmalıdır.
