Dut Yaprağı Çayı Nasıl Demlenir?
Dut yaprağı, sağlık açısından birçok faydası bulunan bir bitkidir. Demleme yöntemi de son derece kolaydır. Hücrelerin yenilenmesine katkıda bulunan dut yaprağı çayı, aynı zamanda mide ve dalaktaki işleyişin bir düzen içinde devam etmesine de yardımcı olmaktadır. Dut Yaprağı Çayının Hazırlanışı
Dut yaprağı çayının hazırlanması için gerekli olan malzemeler:
- İki yemek kaşığı kurutulmuş dut yaprağı,
- Bir litre su.
İlk olarak bir litre su bir tencereye konur ve kaynamaya bırakılır. Kaynama gerçekleştikten sonra içerisine iki yemek kaşığı dut yaprağı eklenir. Bu şekilde iki saat boyunca dinlenmeye bırakılır. Bu süre içinde demlenme işlemi iyice gerçekleşecek ve dut yapraklarının özü suya geçecektir.
Demleme işlemi sonrasında su bir süzgeç yardımıyla süzülür ve elde edilen dut yaprağı çayı gün içinde aralıklı olarak içilir. Özellikle kilo kontrolünün sağlanmasında son derece etkili olan dut yaprağı çayı, yemeklerin öncesinde içilmelidir, bu şekilde faydası görülecektir. Kilo kontrolü için dut yaprağı çayı, aynın zamanda sabah uyanınca karın açken ve kahvaltıdan önce içildiğinde yararlı olacaktır.

Dut yaprağı çayı;
- Gözlerinde iltihaplanma olan kişiler ve kronik hale gelmiş öksürüğün tedavisi için tüketilebilir.
