Elma Sirkesiyle Turşu Olur mu?
Elma sirkesiyle turşu yapılabilir fakat sıklıkla tercih edilen bir yöntem değildir. Üzüm sirkesi turşu yapımında en çok kullanılan sirke çeşitlerindendir. Bunun en belirgin nedenlerinden biri ise üzüm sirkesinin elma sirkesine nazaran daha sert bir yapıda olmasıdır.
Elma Sirkesiyle Turşu Olur Mu?
Elma sirkesi biraz önce de söylediğimiz gibi sirke yapımında kullanılsa da çok fazla tercih edilen bir sirke çeşidi değildir. Turşu yaparken tat olarak biraz daha sert ve ekşi tat tercih edildiği için elma sirkesi burada daha yumuşak kalmaktadır. Tabii tamamen kişinin tercihine bağlı olarak elma sirkesi de kullanılabilir.
Turşu Kurarken Nelere Dikkat Edilmelidir?
- Turşu yaparken her zaman kullanacağınız sebze ne ise taze olmasına özen göstermeniz gerekmektedir. Eğer çürümüş ya da bozulmaya başlamış olan sebzelerden turşu yaparsanız, turşunuz hem fazla yumuşak olacaktır hem de istediğiniz tadı vermeyecektir.
- Tuz miktarını oldukça iyi ayarlamanız gerekmektedir. Özellikle ilk kez turşu kuracaksanız, verilen belli bir ölçüye göre tuz koymanız oldukça doğru olacaktır.
- Yine turşuluğun ekşiliğinin tam dozunda olması, tüketilmesi açısından oldukça önemlidir. Limonla ya da sirkeyle, turşunuzu neyle kuracaksanız kesinlikle doz önemlidir. Aksi takdirde olması gerekenden ekşi olacak ve tüketmekte zorluk çekebilirsiniz.
- Turşu için bilhassa cam kavanozlar tercih etmeniz sağlık açısından oldukça önemlidir. Fakat bunların yanında sert plastikten yapılmış kavanozlarda işinizi oldukça rahatlatacaktır.
- Turşunun daha lezzetli olmasını sağlayan bazı ürünler vardır. Sarımsak, maydanoz, dereotu gibi. Bu gıdalardan birini turşu kurarken sebzelerin içine yerleştirmeniz, turşunuzun lezzetini arttıracaktır.
- Turşu kurduktan sonra oldu mu olmadı mı diye sıklıkla hava ile temas ettirilmemesi gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde tadında ve kıvamında farklılıklar meydana gelebilir. Bu yüzden mümkün olduğunca kavanozu açmadan turşuyu takip etmek ve olmuş olabileceğini düşündükten sonra tadına bakmalısınız.
Turşu farklı sebeplerden dolayı 1 hafta ila 1 ay arasında kurulmaktadır. Eğer turşunuz dışarıdan baktığınızda sarımtırak bir renge bürünmüş ise tadına bakabilirsiniz.
Turşu Nasıl Saklanmalıdır?
Turşu yapılırken nasıl oda sıcaklığında, ışık ile temas etmeyecek şekilde ve rutubetten uzak tutuluyorsa, yine saklarken de aynı şekilde saklayabilirsiniz. Turşunuz olduğunda dahi yine de sık sık hava almasını engellemeniz gerekmektedir. Ve yine kurarken koyduğunuz gibi bilhassa direkt olarak güneş ışığı almaması oldukça önemlidir.
Turşu, açıldıktan sonra buzdolabında da saklanabilir. Fakat sürekli tüketiliyorsa, buzdolabı yerine oda sıcaklığında kalması daha doğru olacaktır.
Turşuyu Ne Kadar Sıklıkla Tüketmeliyiz?
Turşu bildiğiniz üzere oldukça tuzlu bir gıdadır. Özellikle kolesterol sahibi kişilerin mümkünse hiç tüketmemesi, tüketecekse de çok az miktarda tüketmesi önerilir. Yüksek tansiyon sahibi kişiler için de yine turşu tüketimini minimum seviyede tutmak oldukça önemlidir.
Turşu, yine içeriğindeki tuz miktarında ötürü vücudu çabuk susuz bırakabilmektedir. Bu yüzden turşu yedikten sonra bol su içmek oldukça önemlidir. Sürekli tüketim, vücudun su kaybına ve böbreklerde problemlerin meydana gelmesine neden olur.
