1-)Hamsiyi güzelce ayıklayın
Hamsiyi buzlukta saklarken en dikkat edilmesi gereken adım hamsilerin güzelce temizlenmesidir. Kesinlikle temizlemeden balıkları dondurucuya atarak saklamayınız.
Hamsilerin baş kısımlarını güzelce koparın ve içlerini temizleyin. Bu işlem sayesinde hamsiler dondurucuda daha uzun süre bozulmadan saklanabilmektedir.
2-)Güzelce Yıkayın
