Islak Kek Nasıl Muhafaza Edilir?

Hamur işi gıdalar Türk mutfağın vazgeçilmez lezzetlerindendir. Hamur işi gıdalar kendi içinde oldukça fazla çeşitliliğe sahiptir. Bu lezzetleri gıdaların ilk sıralarında yer alan ve sevilerek tüketilen çeşitlerinden birisi de keklerdir. Kekler gerek akşam çayın yanında atıştırmak için gerek yoğun günlerde ara atıştırmalık olarak gerekse de beş çayı kültürümüzün vazgeçilmezi olarak sıklıkla tüketilmektedir. Her zaman kullanım alanı olan kekler ise kendi aralarında farklı çeşitlere ayrılmaktadır.

Başlıca kek çeşitleri ise kakaolu kek, meyveli kek, çikolatalı kek ve ıslak kektir. Oldukça çeşitli versiyonları olan keklerin saklanma koşulları ise oldukça önemlidir. Özellikle ıslak kekler diğer kek çeşitlerine göre biraz daha farklı koşullarda muhafaza edilmelidir. Yapısal olarak normal keklerden daha farklı olması bunun en temel etkenidir. Islak kekleri muhafaza etmek için bazı yöntemler bulunmaktadır.

Islak Kek Nasıl Saklanır?

1-)Kek Kaplarından Yararlanmak

Kek kapları keklerin daha uzun süre taze olarak muhafaza edilmesi için özel olarak üretilmiş kaplardır. Bu kaplar normal saklama kaplarına göre çok daha etkili kaplardır. Bu nedenle ıslak yaptıktan sonra uygun bir kapta servis etmek gerekir. Ancak bir kalıp keki tek seferde tüketmek genelde mümkün olmamaktadır. Bu durumda kalan ıslak keki mutlaka bir kek kalıbına almanız gerekir. Islak kekleri bu kek kalıpları ile birlikte 4 güne kadar taze olarak saklamanız mümkündür.

Ancak bunun için içine ıslak kek koymuş olduğunuz kek kalıbını güneş ışığından uzakta ve ocağın yakınında olmayan bir yere koymanız gerekir. Islak kek güneş ışığından ve sıcaklıktan kolay etkilenebilir. Bu durumda ıslak kekin erken bozulmasına neden olur.

2-)Alüminyum Folyodan ya da Streç Filmden Yararlanma

Alüminyum folyo ya da streç film kullanmak da ıslak kek saklamak için oldukça etkili bir yöntemdir. Bunun için için alüminyum folyo ya da streç film kullanmış olmanızın bir önemi yoktur. İki üründen birisini tercih ederek kullanabilirsiniz. Bunun için saklamak istediğiniz miktarda ıslak keki alüminyum folyo ya da streç film üzerine koyarak yine aynı ürün ile üzerini de kapatarak sıkıca paketlemektir. İsteğe bağlı olarak bu işlemi dilimler içinde uygulayabilirsiniz. İster keki bütün olarak isterseniz de dilimlere ayırıp her bir dilimi ayrı ayrı paketleyebilirsiniz.

Dilimli paketleme şekli genellikle buzluğa koymak için tercih edilmektedir. Bu durumda ihtiyaç halinde yeterli miktarda kek çıkarmak çok daha kolay olacaktır. Bunun dışında doğrudan güneş ışığı almayan serin bir alan da da ıslak kekinizi paketli olarak saklayabilirsiniz.
