Kavrulmuş Kıyma Nasıl Saklanır?
Kıyma ile yapılabilecek olan yemekler etli yemekler arasında en kolay yapılabilen yemeklerdir. Özellikle köfte gibi çocukların severek tükettiği yemeklerin içine giren kıymanın saklanma koşullarına fazlasıyla özen göstermek gerekir. Elinizde bulunan kıymayı kavurarak saklamak istiyorsanız, birkaç yöntem ile bunu yapabilirsiniz. Bunun çin gerekli olan malzemeler ise şu şekilde; cam bir saklama kabı ya da buzdolabı poşeti ve alüminyum folyo.
1-)Cam Saklama Kabı ile Saklama
Elinizde bulunan kıymayı buzdolabında saklamanız mümkündür. Bunun için kavurmuş olduğunuz kıymayı uygun boyutlarda cam bir saklama kabına koyun ve bu şekilde buzdolabına kaldırın. Ancak sağlığınızı tehlikeye atmamak adına buzdolabınızda çiğ olarak herhangi bir et olup olmadığını göz önünde tutmalısınız.
Eğer buzdolabınızda çiğ et bulunuyor ise çiğ eti buzdolabınızın en alt rafına koyun. Kavurmuş olduğunuz kıymayı da buzdolabınızın en üst rafına yerleştirin. Çünkü herhangi bir şekilde çiğ etin suyunun kavurmuş olduğunuz kıymaya bulaşması sağlığınızı ciddi derece tehdit eden bir durumdur. Cam saklama kabını buzluğa koymamalısınız. Bunun nedeni ise cam eksi derecede kırılır ve kavurmuş olduğunuz kıymaya cam kırıkları bulaşır.
2-)Buzdolabı Poşeti ve Alüminyum Folyo ile Saklama
Kavurmuş olduğunuz kıymayı buzdolabı poşeti ile saklayabilirsiniz. Bu yöntem ile hem buzdolabında hem de buzlukta saklamanız mümkündür. Ancak bu noktada kıymanın yeni alınmış olmasına ya da buzluktan çıkmış olmasına dikkat etmelisiniz.
Buzluktan çıkararak yani çözdürerek elde ettiğiniz kıymayı kavurmuş iseniz kesinlikle buzluğa tekrar koymamalısınız. Çünkü buzluktan çıkarılarak çözdürülen et ve ürünleri tekrar buzluğa konulduğu zaman insan sağlığını ciddi derecede tehdit eden bakteri oluşumuna neden olur.
Bu yüzden zehirlenmeler, mide bozulması gibi hastalıklar ciddi boyutlarda yaşanabilir. Bu ayrımlar göz önünde tutulduktan sonra kavurmuş olduğunuz kıymayı porsiyonlar halinde buzdolabı poşetlerine koyun. Kavurmuş olduğunuz tüm kıymayı bu şekilde buzdolabı poşetlerine koyduktan sonra poşetlerin ağzını içinde hiç hava kalmayacak şekilde sıkıca kapatın. Her bir buzdolabı poşetini alüminyum folyo ile sıkı sıkı sarın. Bu şekilde hava alma ihtimalini minimuma indirmiş olacaksınız.
