Kurumuş Sucuk Nasıl Yumuşatılır?
Kurumuş olan sucuğu akan suyun altında tutarak yumuşatabilirsiniz. Kurumuş sucuk sertleşir ve dışındaki zarı soymak imkansız hale gelir. Suya tuttuğunuzda ise bu sorun tamamen ortadan kalkmaktadır.
Kurumuş Sucuk Nasıl Yumuşatılır?
Her gıda da olduğu gibi sucuk da saklanma koşullarına uygun bir şekilde saklanmadığı zaman bozulabilir. Fakat sucuğun bozulma aşaması diğer gıdalara nazaran daha aşamalıdır ve bazı aşamalarda hala tüketilebilir.
Sucuk eğer dikkat edilmezse önce kurur ve sertleşir, dış yüzeyinde beyazlanmalar meydana gelir ve küflenir. Aslında küflenme aşamasına kadar tüketilebilmektedir. Beyazlanması durumunda tadında değişiklikler meydana gelir fakat yine tüketilebilmektedir.
Sucuk Nasıl Muhafaza Edilmelidir?
2 tür sucuk vardır. Biri çok yumuşak sucuk yani yaş dediğimiz sucuk, sizin evde kurutmanız için satılan sucuklar, diğeri ise daha sert ve direkt olarak tüketebileceğiniz sucuklar. Bu 2 farklı sucuğun da muhafaza koşulları biraz farklıdır.
Sucuğu kuruturken ise;
Öncelikle sucuğu kesinlikle direkt olarak güneş ışığına maruz bırakmamalısınız. Güneş görmeyen serin bir alan varsa sucuğu burada kurutabilirsiniz. Yaklaşık olarak birkaç gün beklemesi kafidir. Fazla beklettiğinizde bozulmasına sebep olabilirsiniz o yüzden sürekli olarak kontrol etmeniz gerekmektedir. Yaş sucuğu asarak da kurutabilirsiniz, gazete üzerinde bırakarak da yine kurutabilirsiniz.
- Sucuğun hava almadığından emin olmalısınız. Ambalajlı hali ile buzdolabında rahatlıkla saklayabilirsiniz fakat ambalajını açtıktan sonra kesinlikle buzdolabı poşetine ya da cam bir kap içerisine koyarak hava almasını tamamen engellemeniz gerekmektedir.
- Sucuğu dondurucuda saklamak için ise yiyeceğiniz miktarda bölüp ayrı ayrı buzdolabı poşetlerine koyduktan ve kesinlikle hava ile temasının kesildiğinden emin olduktan sonra buzdolabınızın dondurucu kısmında 6 ay kadar rahatlıkla muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
Sucukta Meydana Gelmiş Beyazlaşmalar Nasıl Temizlenir?
Sucuğun üzerinde yine doğru bir şekilde muhafaza edilmemesine bağlı olarak gelişen beyazlaşmalar, eğer sucuğun iç kısmına kadar ulaşmadıysa tüketebilirsiniz. Komple bir beyazlaşma söz konusu ise direkt olarak atmalısınız.
Bu beyazlanmayı temizlemek için uygulayabileceğin 2 yöntem var. Beyazlaşan bölgenin miktarı fazla ise bu bölgeyi sirkeli su ile temizleyebilirsiniz. Eğer sucukta yeni yeni beyazlaşmalar meydana geliyorsa o zaman direkt su ile yıkayarak kolaylıkla temizleyebilirsiniz.
Sucuğun Bozulduğu Nasıl Anlaşılır?
1-)Rengine Bakın
Sucuğun renginde grileşme ve siyahlaşma varsa buradan bozulduğunu kolaylıkla anlayabilirsiniz. Böyle bir durumda sucuğu kesinlikle tüketmemeniz gerekmektedir.
2-)Kokusuna Bakın
Sucuk kokusu genelde iştah açıcı bir kokudur. Bozulmuş olabileceğinden şüphelendiğiniz sucuğu tüketmeden önce koklayın. Eğer kokusunda ağır bir koku varsa ya da küf kokuyorsa kesinlikle tüketmemeniz gerektiğini tekrar hatırlatalım. Aksi takdirde gıda zehirlenmesine sebep olabilecektir.
Son olarak;
Sucuk bir et ürünüdür. Bu yüzden, bozulmaya başladığında ya da bozulduğunda tüketilmesi kişinin midesini direkt olarak rahatsız eder ve zehirlenmelere sebep olmaktadır. Böyle bir durumda kendiniz müdahale etmek yerine her zaman zehirlendiğinizi düşünerek bir sağlık kuruluşuna gitmelisiniz.
