Pastadaki Meyvelerin Kararmaması İçin Ne Yapılır?
Özellikle yaz ayları başta olmak üzere hafif ve nefis lezzetiyle meyveli pastalar hemen hemen herkesin favori tatlısı olmuştur. Tadının hafif olmasının yanı sıra daha az kalorili olan meyveli pastalar kilo problemi yaşayan ancak tatlıdan vazgeçemeyen kişiler için mükemmel bir alternatiftir.
Ancak bu kadar leziz olan meyveli pastaların da yapım aşamasında bazı sıkıntılar yaşanmaktadır. Özellikle jölesiz yapılan meyveli pastalarda kararma olayı kaçınılmazdır. Evde uygulayacağınız birkaç püf nokta ile meyvelerin kararmasını önlemek artık çok kolay. İşte o püf noktalar;
1-)Limon Suyu Kullanın
Limon içermiş olduğu mineral ve meyve asitlerinden dolayı çoğu sebze ve meyvenin kararmasını önlemek için sıkça kullanılır. Burada yapmanız gereken limonu ikiye bölme ve limon ile dilimlenmiş olduğunuz tüm meyveleri hafif hafif ovmaktır.
Limonun az olduğu durumda limonu bir suya sıkarak dilimlediğiniz meyveleri bu suya sokabilirsiniz. Bu yöntemin de ne kadar etkili olduğunu gördüğünüzde gözlerinize inanamayacaksınız.
2-)Jöle Kullanın
Jöle özellikle meyveli pastadaki meyvelerin havayla temas edip hızlıca kararmasını önleyen pasta ustaları tarafından sık sık kullanılan bir üründür.
Kullanacağınız şeffaf jöle ile pastanızın hafifliğini etkilememiş olacağınız gibi pastadaki meyvelere ekstra taze bir görüntü katacaksınız.
- 1 su bardağı su
- 1 su bardağı mısır nişastası
- 1 su bardağı şeker ile evde kolaylıkla şeffaf jelatin yapabilirsiniz.
NOT: Pastada kullanacağınız elma, armut, muz gibi meyvelerin kararmasını önlemek için dikkat edilmesi gereken en önemli püf nokta meyvelerin kullanılmadan hemen önce hazırlanmasıdır. Aksi halde uzun süre hava ile temas halinde kalan meyveler kararır hatta tadında değişim meydana gelir.
