Pişmiş Yemeğin Acısı Nasıl Alınır?
Yemeğinizi yaparken acı biberin fazla konulması sonucu fazla acı bir yemek yapmanız ya da yemeğin içerisine doğradığınız biberin acı olduğunu yemeği yaptıktan sonra farketmeniz işin sonu değildir. Pişmiş yemeğin acısının alınması o kadar da zor değildir.
Paniğe kapılmanıza ve yemeği dökmenize hiç gerek yok. Yapacağınız birkaç püf nokta ile yemeğinizin acısını azaltabilirsiniz. Pişmiş yemeğin acısının azaltılması için yapılacaklar;
1-) Kullanacağınız biberin acılığını test edin
Yemek yapacağınız zaman mutlaka yemeğin içerisine koyacağınız taze biberlerin, kurutulmuş biberlerin ya da biber salçasının acılığını kontrol edin. Çok acı olması takdirinde ya hiç kullanmayın ya da çok az miktarda yemeğe tat vermesi için koyunuz.
2-)Acı biberleri yemeğe koymadan önce tohumlarını çıkarın
Acı biberlerin yemeğe acılık vermesini sağlayan biberdeki tohumlardır. Genellikle biberin tohumlarının çıkarılması sonucunda biber eskisi kadar acı olmamaktadır.
Biberi tattınız ve çok acı ise tohumlarını ve tohumlara yakın kısmını kesiniz ve yemeğe kesinlikle koymayınız.
3-)Patates koyun
Yemeklerin tuzunun ve acısının ayarlanmasında en sık kullanılan yöntemlerden biri patatestir. Patatesi üçe dörde ayırın ve yemeğin içerisine atın. Patates pişerken biberin acılığının büyük kısmını almaktadır. Yemek piştikten sonra patatesleri tencereden çıkarabilirsiniz.
4-)Limon ilave edin
Acısını fazla kaçırdığınız yemeği dökmenize ve ziyan etmenize hiç gerek yok. Acısı fala kaçmış yemeğinizin tadını dengelemek için bir limonu ortadan ikiye bölün ve yavaş yavaş sıkarak ilave edin. Limon miktarını damak tadınıza göre ayarlayabilirsiniz.
5-)Bal ilave edin
Yemeğiniz yenilemeyecek kadar acı oldu ise bu durumu dengelemek için birkaç kaşık bal ilave edebilirsiniz. Bu durum tatlı acı bir tat elde etmenizi sağlayacaktır ve yerken acının sizi rahatsız etmesini önleyecektir.
