Rendelenmiş Havuç Nasıl Saklanır?
Havuç maydonozgiller ailesine ait etli kök yapısına sahip olan bir kültür sebzesidir. Genellikle etli kökü kullanılan havuç sebzesinin yeşil yaprak kısmı da oldukça faydalı bir besindir. Havuç özellikle A vitamini açısından oldukça zengin bir sebze olmasının yanı sıra birçok vitamin ve besin maddesi içermektedir. Bu nedenle özellikle göz sağlığı ve cilt sağlığı açısından olmak üzere birçok konuda insan vücuduna fayda sağlamaktadır.
Vitamin ve mineral anlamında oldukça zengin olan havuç bu besin değerlerinin çoğunu kabuğuna yakın olan kısımda bulundurmaktadır. Bu nedenle havucu kabuklarını soymadan tüketmek daha çok besin değeri almanıza neden olacaktır. Ancak genellikle kabukları soyularak tüketilen havuç kabukları soyulduktan sonra rendelenerek kullanım açısından daha zengin bir kullanım alanı sunmaktadır.
Havuç rendelendikten sonra hemen kullanılmayacaksa saklanma koşullarına dikkat etmek gerekir. Çünkü havuç kolay kuruyabilen bir sebzedir. Bu nedenle doğru saklanmaması durumunda kuruyacak ve kullanım için pek uygun olmayacaktır. Havuç rendesini saklamak için ise kullanılabilecek basit birkaç yöntem bulunmaktadır.
Havuç Rendesi Nasıl Muhafaza Edilir?
1-)Limon Suyu
Limon suyu kullanarak havuç rendesini muhafaza etmek oldukça etkili ve pratik bir yöntemdir. Bu yöntemi uygulamak için ise yapılacak işlemler oldukça basittir. Öncelikle havuçlarınızı iyice yıkayın. Kabuklarını soymak istemiyorsanız sebze fırçası ile iyice fırçalayarak akan suyun altında güzelce yıkayın.
Daha sonra tüm havuçlarınızı rendeleyin ve uygun büyüklükte ya da kullanacağınız porsiyonlar büyüklüğünde cam kapların içine doldurun. Bu aşamada kapları tamamen doldurup hava ile temasını engellemeniz daha etkili sonuç almanızı sağlayacaktır. Ardından havuçlarınızın miktarına göre limonları yıkayıp suyunu sıkın. Doldurmuş olduğunuz kapların üzerine hazırlamış olduğunuz limon suyunu ekleyin. Bu şekilde hazırlamış olduğunuz kapların ağızlarını sıkıca kapatın ve buzdolabına kaldırın.
2-)Sıvı Yağ
Rendelenmiş havuç saklamak için sıvı yağ en uzun süreli saklama süresine sahip olan yöntemdir. Ancak bu yöntem ile hazırlanan havuç rendeleri her ne şekilde kullanacak olursanız olun kullanabileceğiniz bir yöntem değildir. Uzun saklama süresi ve pratik bir yöntem olması nedeni ile tercih edilen bu yöntemi uygulamak ise oldukça kolaydır.
Öncelikle havuçlarınızı iyice yıkayın ve istediğiniz şekilde rendeleyin. Ardından uygun büyüklükte bir tavanın içine çok az bir miktar sıvı yağ ekleyin. Yağ biraz kızmaya başlayınca tavanın içine hazırlamış oluğunuz havuçları atın. Havuçları sürekli karıştırarak çok az kavurun. Daha sonra biraz soğumasını bekleyin. Uygun sıcaklığa geldiği zaman cam saklama kaplarına koyarak buzdolabında saklayın.
