Yüksek Anti-Tg
Anti-Tg testi anti tiroglobulinin kıslatılmasıdır. Anti-Tg testi kandaki tiroid otoantikorlarını bulmak amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Tiroid otoantikorları normal şartlarda oluşmaz. Otoimmün tiroid hastalıklarında tiroid bezinde üretilen tiroglobulin proteinine karşı oluşmaktadır.
Anti-Tg bir otoantikordur. Vücudumuzda bağışıklık sistemimiz tarafından üretilmektedir. Vücudumuz bazı rahatsızlıklarda kendi vücut hücrelerimize, kendi proteinlerimize karşı antikor üretmektedir. Bu tarz hastalıklara otoimmün hastalıklar denilmektedir.
Anti-Tg testi koldan alınan bir tüp kan ile kolaylıkla yapılabilir. Yüksekliği ya da düşüklüğü bazı hastalıklara işaret etmektedir.
Yüksek Anti-Tg;
- Hashimoto hastalığında
- Graves hastalığında
- Tiroid kanserlerinde
- Tip 1 insüline bağımlı şeker hastalığında
- Romatoid artrid
- Pernisöz Anemi
- Bazı damar hastalıklarında yükselmektedir.
Anti-Tg testi genellikle;
- Tiroid bezinin patolojik ya da fizyolojik olarak bozulduğu rahatsızlıklarda başta guatrda
- Sürekli üşüme durumunda
- El ayak titremelerinde
- Sürekli yorgunluk, bitkinlik halinde
- Kalp çarpıntısı
- Sürekli kilo kaybının olduğu durumlarda
- Aşırı asabiyet halinde
- İstenilse de kilo alınamayan hızlı metabolizmaya sahip kişilerde sıkça yapılmaktadır.
Yukarıdaki özelliklerden bir veya bir kaçına sahip olan kişilerde yapılan anti-Tg testlerinde genellikle yüksek çıkmaktadır.
Anti Tg Referans Aralığı
Anti-Tg normal aralığı 0-4 ml/U civarında olmalıdır. Ancak testin yapıldığı laboratuvar, kullanılan cihazlar ve uygulanan yönteme göre değişiklik göstermesi mümkündür.
Anti-Tg yüksekliği ciddi hastalıklara işaret edebilmektedir. Testin düşük çıkması normaldir. Bağışıklık sisteminde bir rahatsızlığın olmadığının buna bağlı olarak otoantikor üretiminin olmadığının göstergesidir.
Yukarıdaki belirtileri gösteren kişilerde yapılan anti-Tg testinin negatif çıkması sorunun bağışıklık sistemiyle alakalı olmadığını ancak bu durumun altında başka bir hastalığın yer aldığının göstergesidir.
Bu tarz bir durumda kişinin uzman hekim tarafından muayene edilmesi, gerekli tetkiklerin yapılarak anti-Tg yüksekliği sonucu oluşan belirtilere benzer belirtiler oluşturan hastalığın bulunması ve tedavi edilmesi gerekmektedir.
