Portakal Suyu Nasıl Saklanır?
Meyveler insan sağlığı ile ilgili oldukça önemli besinlerden birsidir. Yüksek vitamin oranlarına sahip olmalarından dolayı meyveler vücudu birçok hastalığa karşı korumaktadır. Bu nedenle meyve tüketimi oldukça önemlidir. Yaz ve kış aylarında farklı meyvelerin olgunluk sürecini tamamlamasından dolayı her mevsimde her meyveyi tüketmek sağlıklı olmayacaktır. Ancak her meyveyi mevsiminde tüketmek vücudu hastalıklara karşı ciddi derecede korumaktadır. Bu nedenle düzenli olarak mevsim meyveleri tüketmek gerekmektedir.
Kış aylarının vazgeçilmez meyvelerinden biri olarak hayatlarımızda yer alan meyvelerden biri ise portakaldır. Portakal özellikle içerdiği yoğun C vitamini ile birlikte bilinmektedir ve bu yüksek C vitamini vücudu özellikle de grip, soğuk algınlığı gibi hastalıklara karşı korumaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra portakal lif açısından da oldukça zengin bir meyve olduğu için kanser hücrelerine karşı da oldukça etkili olmakta ve koruyucu bir kalkan görevi üstlenmektedir.
Bu nedenle portakal tüketimi insanların beden sağlığı için çok önemli bir meyvedir. Birçok kişi portakalı soyarak yemek yerine suyunu sıkarak içmeyi tercih etmektedir. Ancak bu şekilde liflerinin tüketilmediği gözden kaçırılmamalıdır. Portakal suyu özellikle de pazar kahvaltılarının vazgeçilmezi olsa da günün her saatinde tüketilebilmektedir. Fazla miktarda sıkmış olduğunuz portakal suyunu saklamak için dikkat etmeniz gereken bazı noktalar bulunmaktadır.
Portakal Suyu Nasıl Muhafaza Edilir?
1-)Uygun Bir Kap Seçimi
Portakal suyunu saklamak için öncelikli olarak dikkat etmeniz gereken nokta portakal suyunu saklamak için kullanacağınız kabı seçmektir. Portakal yapısı gereği içine hızlı bir şekilde koku çekebilmektedir. Bu nedenle portakal suyunu saklayacağınız kap mutlaka kokusuz ve hava geçirmeyen bir kap olmalıdır.
Böylece portakal suyunu çok daha uzun süre saklayabilirsiniz. Sıkmış olduğunuz portakal suyu için en ideal kaplar cam saklama kaplarıdır. Eğer cam saklama kabınız yoksa bunun yerine vücuda uygun silikonlardan elde edilmiş silikon saklama kaplarıda kullanabilirsiniz. İkisi de sağlık açısından oldukça uygun saklama kaplarıdır. Ancak her ikisinin de olmaması durumunda kalın plastik kaplar tercih ederek ince plastiklerde saklama sürenize göre daha uzun süre saklama süresi elde edebilirsiniz.
2-)Buzdolabına Yerleştirilmeli
Uygun bir kaba aktararak hazırlamış olduğunuz portakal suyunu mutlaka buzdolabında saklamanız gerekmektedir. Dışarıda hızlı bir şekilde bozulmaya başlayacak olan portakal suyu buzdolabında 2-3 güne kadar muhafaza edilebilmektedir. Bunun için kabın kapağının sıkı bir şekilde kapatıldığından emin olmanız yeterlidir.
NOT: Portakal suyu sıkıldıktan sonra zaman içerisinde vitamin değerlerini kaybetmeye başlamaktadır. Bu nedenle ne kadar kısa süre içerisinde içilirse o kadar sağlıklı olmaktadır. İlk 24 saate kadar tazeliğini koruyabilen portakal suyu sonrasında vitamin değerlerini ciddi oranlarda kaybetmeye başlamaktadır.
