Konserve Kapağı Tutmazsa Ne Yapılır?
Konserve yöntemi sadece ülkemizde değil tüm dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılan bir saklama yöntemidir. Bu yöntem ile birlikte gerek meyveler gerekse de sebzeler uzun süre rahatlıkla saklanabilmektedir. Konserve yiyeceklerin en çok tercih edilme nedeni ise uzun ömürlü olmasıdır. Uzun ömürlü olmasının yanı sıra ise güvenilir ve ulaşılabilirdir. Bu nedenle büyük firmalarda konserve yöntemini fazlasıyla kullanmaktadır.
Ancak konserve yöntemi evlerde de kolaylıkla uygulanabilmektedir. Evde konserve yapmak için dikkat edilmesi gereken bazı noktalar bulunmaktadır. Bu noktalara dikkat edilmemesi durumunda konserveler tutmaz ve bu durumu fark etmemeniz durumunda da konserve yaptığınız yiyecekler bozulur. Eğer yaptığınız konservenin tutmadığını fark etmiş iseniz şanslısınız demektir. Çünkü bu durumda konserve yiyeceklerinizi bozulmadan kurtarabilirsiniz.
Yaptığınız konservelerin tutmadığını fark ettiğinizde yiyecekleriniz soğumuş olacağı için yeniden konserve yapma işlemi çok fazla tavsiye edilmemektedir. Bu yiyecekler için daha çok bozulmadan tüketilmesi önerilir. Ancak konserve yapma konusunda dikkat etmeniz gereken noktaları bilirseniz, doğru uygulama ile birlikte konserve kapaklarınızın tutmaması gibi bir durum oluşmayacaktır.
Konserve Kapağı Tutmazsa Ne Yapılır?
1-)Düdüklü Tencere Yöntemi
Düdüklü tencere mutfakların olmazsa olmaz gereçlerinden bir tanesidir. Her mutfakta severek kullanılan düdüklü tencereler konserve yapma konusunda da bizlere yardımcı olmaktadır. Konserve yapımında düdüklü tencere kullanmak için öncelikli olarak düdüklü tencerenin tabanına yeterli büyüklükte bir nihale yerleştirin. Daha sonra ise hazırladığınız konserve kavanozlarını kapakları nihaleye gelecek şekilde tencereye yerleştirin.
Bu işlemi yaparken kavanozların aralarına bez koyun. Böylece kavanozların birbirine çarparak kırılmalarını önlemiş olacaksınız. Daha sonra tencerenin içine su koyarak altını yakın ve kaynamasını bekleyin. Kaynama işlemi gerçekleştikten sonra da 20 dakika kadar bekleyin. Bu işlemlerin ardından konserve kapakları içeriye doğru bombeleşecektir.
2-)Konserve Kapağı Kaynatma Yöntemi
Konserve kapaklarının normal kavanoz kapaklarından bir farkı yoktur. Ancak kapakların konserve olabilmesi için ilk kez kullanılıyor olması gerekir. Bu nedenle de konserve yapacağınızda mutlaka her kavanoz için yeni bir kapak almanız gerekmektedir. Böylece konservelerin tutmama ihtimalini büyük oranda indirgemiş olacaksınız. Uygun kapak tercihleri yapıldıktan sonra hazırlanan konserve yiyecekler kavanozlara doldurulur.
Bu işlemin ardından da yeterli büyüklükte bir tencerenin içine tüm kapaklar koyulur ve bu kapakların üzerini 4-5 parmak geçecek kadar su doldurulur. Bu şekilde hazırlanan tencere kaynatılır ve kapaklar iyice kaynayıp ısındığında maşa gibi uygun araç gereçler ile alınır. Sıcak olan kapaklar bir bez yardımı ile tutularak kavanozlar iyice kapatılır ve bir başka bezin üzerine kapakları aşağı gelecek şekilde koyulur. Bu şekilde ertesi güne kadar bekleyen kavanozların kapakları bombeleşerek konserve olmuş olur.
