Ayçiçek Yağı Bozulur mu?

Aynı şekilde koyu renkli şişelerde saklanmalıdır ki bu durum güneş ışığını geçirmesini de engellemektedir. Fakat siz yine de güneş ışığına direkt olarak maruz bırakmamaya dikkat edin 🙂
Yine yağın sürekli hava ile temas etmemesi de saklanması için oldukça önemli bir detaydır. Sürekli hava alan yağlarda hem bulunduğu ortamdaki kokuyu emebilmektedir hem de buna bağlı olarak yağın tadında değişikliklere sebep olabilmektedir. Bunun yanında yine ortamdaki kir ve toz da kolaylıkla yağa bulaşabileceğinden, yağın açık olarak bekletilmesi doğru olmayacaktır.
Ayçiçek Yağının Yararları Nelerdir?
- Ayçiçek yağının içerisinde A,E,D ve K vitamini bulunmaktadır. Bu vitaminler ise insan vücudunun alması gereken vitaminlerdir.
- Ayçiçek yağı daha çok hayvansal yağlar ve kuyruk yağının yerine kullanan bir yağ olduğundan, bu saydığımız yağların etkilediği kötü kolesterolü düşürmektedir.
- İçeriğindeki çoklu doymamış ya asitlerinden dolayı, beyin sağlığına da oldukça faydalıdır.
- Tansiyonu ve kan dolaşımını iyi anlamda etkilemektedir. Özellikle araştırmalara göre astım hastalarını rahatlattığı da ortaya çıkmıştır.
- Vücudun insülin ihtiyacını karşılamaktadır. Özellikle diyabet hastaları için ayçiçek yağı tüketmek bu yüzden önemlidir.
- Ayçiçek yağı hayvansal diğer yağlar ile kıyaslandığında, metabolizmaya etkisi de fark edilir bir biçimde kuvvetlidir.
- Ayçiçek yağı hücrelerin yenilenmesini sağlar. Bu durum ise kişinin daha dinç ve canlı görünmesini sağlamaktadır.
- Yukarıda da söylediğimiz gibi, içerisinde bulunan E vitamini sayesinde antioksidan özelliği bulunmaktadır.
- Bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirir. Böylece sık sık hastalanmayı ya da vücut direncinin düşmesini engeller.
Ayçiçek yağının yararlarının olduğu kadar zararları da bulunmaktadır. Özellikle sık ve yoğun miktarda tüketilmesi kişide sağlık problemlerine yol açabilmektedir.

- Ayçiçek yağı kızartmalar için kullanıldıktan sonra, ikinci bir kez kullanılmamalıdır. Daha önce kullanılmış yağın ikinci kez kullanılması kanser riski taşımaktadır ve oldukça zararlıdır.
- Sadece ayçiçek yağı için geçerli olmasa da, aşırı miktarda yağ tüketimi cildin kısa sürede yağlanmasına ve bu yağlanmadan dolayı ciltte sivilcelenmelere neden olmaktadır. Bu sivilcelerin yanında özellikle cildimizdeki hassas olan derilerde de yağ bezelerinin çıkmasına neden olacaktır.
- Yine fazla yağ tüketimi özellikle belli bir yaş üstü için damar tıkanıklığına ve kalp krizine sebep olabilmektedir.
- Kadınlarda menopoz sonrası aşırı yağ tüketimi meme kanseri riski taşımasına sebep olabilmektedir. Aynı şey erkekler içinde geçerlidir. Erkekler için de 40 yaş ve üzeri için prostat kanseri riski taşımaktadır.
Ayçiçek yağının zararından çok yararı da olsa, doğru bir şekilde tüketilmemesi durumunda maalesef bazı sağlık problemlerini de beraberinde getirebilmektedir. Aslında bu sadece ayçiçek yağı için değil, her gıda içinde geçerlidir. Bu yüzden mümkün olduğunca ölçülü bir şekilde kullanılması gerekmektedir.
