Baldır Kasılması
Baldır kasılması birçok sebepten dolayı ani bir şekilde gelişebilir. Vurma, bir yere çarpma gibi kaza durumları(travmatik etkenler) sonucunda kaslarda meydana gelen kasılma sonucunda baldır kısmında kasılma gözlenebilir.
Baldırda meydana gelen kasılma hafif bir şekilde seyredebilir. Bu şekilde oluşan ağrılar genellikle uzun süre olarak devam eder. Ani şekilde gelişen ve şiddetli oluşan kasılmalar ise çoğunlukla kısa sürelidir ancak kişinin yürümesine ciddi şekilde zarar verebilir.
Baldır kasılması;
- Kasların kasılmasında büyük etkisi olan kalsiyum, magnezyum, sodyum gibi minerallerin vücut içerisindeki eksikliği ya da aşırı derecedeki fazlalığı bu duruma sebep olabilmektedir
- Gastrocnemius kasında meydana gelen hasar baldır bölgesinde ciddi kasılmaların oluşmasına sebep olabilmektedir. Bu durum özellikle bu kasın fazla çalıştığı durumlarda meydana gelmektedir.
- Bu bölgede oluşan bir tümör iyi huylu ya da kötü huylu olsun kişinin bacağını hareket ettirmesinde problem yaşamasına sebep olabilir.
Baldır Kasılması Tedavisi
Baldır bölgesinde meydana gelen kasılmanın tedavi edilmesinde genellikle kasta oluşan problemler düşünülerek tedavi yöntemi belirlenmektedir.
Kasta meydana gelen problemler genellikle darbeye bağlı oluşmaktadır ya da kişinin o bölgedeki kasını fazla kullanmasına bağlı oluşmaktadır. Her iki durumda da kişinin istirahat etmesi gerekmektedir. İstirahat durumunda kişi gerekli gördüğü zamanlarda ağrı kesici ve kas gevşetici kullanabilir.
Baldırda meydana gelen kasılmalar uzun süreli devam ediyor ve ilaç ile tedavi edilemiyor ise bu durumun altında psikolojik bir problem yer alabilir. Bu durumda kişinin uzman bir psikolog ile görüşmesi faydalı olabilir ya da doktor kontrolünde kullanılan antidepresanlar kişinin sağlığına kavuşması için fayda sağlayabilmektedir.
Kişinin düzensiz beslenmesi, aşırı kafeinli içeceklerin tüketilmesi kaslarda kasılmaların meydana gelmesine sebep olabilmektedir. Bu gibi durumlarda kişi kafeinli içecek tüketimini minimum düzeye indirmesinde fayda vardır. Kasılma sürekli tekrar ediyorsa, doğru tetkik ve tedavi yöntemi için en kısa vakitte uzman doktora başvurulması tavsiye edilir.
