Balık Kızartırken Evin Kokmaması İçin Ne Yapmalıyız?
Balık kızartırken evin kokmasını engellemek için henüz kızartmaya başlamadan önce alınması gereken önlemler vardır. Bu önlemlerden en bilineni ise mutfak penceresini açmaktır. Fakat bazen bu da yetersiz kalabilmektedir. Kullanabileceğiniz diğer yöntemleri ise aşağıdaki yazımızda okuyabilir ve uygulayabilirsiniz.

Evde balık kızartılacağı zaman yukarıda da söylediğimiz gibi genelde kokunun yayılmasını önlemek adına sadece pencere açılır ve evin havalandırılması sağlanır. Fakat balığın yoğun kokusu ne kadar pencere açarsanız açın bazen tüm eve siner ve özellikle dışarıdan gelen bir kişi için oldukça rahatsız edici olabilmektedir. Balığın bu ağır kokusunu %100 olarak engellemek mümkün olmasa da, belirli yöntemler uygulanarak daha az hissedilir bir hale getirebilmektedir. Biz de size aşağıda tam olarak bu yöntemlerden bahsettik. Dilerseniz hepsini, dilerseniz de arasından birini seçerek sizde kokunun daha az hissedilmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.
1-)Defne Yaprakları
Izgarada pişirilen balıklar için büyük oranda çözüm olarak karşımıza çıkan defne yaprağı, kokunun büyük oranda bastırılmasında baskın bir rol oynamaktadır. Tek yapmanız gereken balığı ızgaraya vermeden önce kenarlarına bir kaç yaprak defne koyarak, hem balığın kokusunu hem de tadını güzelleştirebilirsiniz.
2-)Toz Şeker
Balığı kızartırken ocağın bir gözünde de şeker eritin. Ateşe maruz kalmış şekerin kokusu oldukça yoğun olacağından, balığın kokusunu da büyük oranda bastıracaktır.
3-)Kuru Çay
Kuru çay da mucizevi bir şekilde balık kokusunu bastıran kokulardan biridir. Burada uygulayacağınız yöntem, balığı kızartmadan önce mümkünse teflon bir tava içerisinde kuru çayı kızartın. Duman çıkmaya başladığı zaman ocağı kapatıp balığı kızartmaya başlayabilirsiniz. Bu işlemi aynı zamanda balığı kızartırken ya da kızarttıktan sonra da uygulayabilirsiniz.
4-)Vanilya
Vanilya da baskın ve güzel bir koku olmasından dolayı hem balık kokusunu bastırabilecek bir kokudur hem de evinizin gerçekten güzel kokmasını sağlar. Burada ise yine balık kızartırken ya da kızarttıktan sonra ister vanilyayı su ile karıştırarak kaynatın, isterseniz de vanilyayı direkt olarak pişirin. Fakat belirtmek gerekir ki, su ile pişirilmeyen vanilyanın kokusu daha baskın olacaktır.
5-)Tütsü
Tütsü de yine balık kokusunu bastırabilecek kokulardan biridir. Tütsüyü kullanacağınız zamanı iyi ayarlamanız gerekmektedir. Balık kızartırken tütsüyü yakarsanız, kokular birbirine karışacağından hoş bir koku ortaya çıkmayabilir. Bu yüzden balığı kızarttıktan sonra tütsüyü yakmanız balık kokusunun daha çabuk bir şekilde kaybolmasını sağlayacaktır.
6-)Türk Kahvesi
Kahve de yine balık kokusunu bastırabilecek kokulardan biridir. Dilerseniz kahveyi kavurarak, dilerseniz de çiğ olarak fincanlara koyarak mutfağın belirli yerlerine bırakıp kokuyu emmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.
