Balık Yedikten Sonra Sütlü Tatlı Yenir mi?
Balık yemeden önce ya da sonra sütlü tatlı yenilebilir fakat hem balığın hem de tatlıda kullanılan malzemelerin taze olması gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde direkt olarak gıda zehirlenmelerine sebep olabilmektedir.

Halk arasında balık ile süt ve sütlü ürünler tüketilmemesi gerektiği ile alakalı birçok bilgi bulunmaktadır fakat doğrusunu söylemek gerekirse, bu bilgi oldukça eksiktir. Her ne kadar balık ve süt belki de bu şekilde alıştığımız için, yan yana düşündüğümüzde oldukça itici gelir. Ama aslında eğer merak ediyorsanız damak tadınıza da uyacağını düşünüyorsanız deneyebilirsiniz. Tabii ki bu denemede dikkat etmeniz gereken ayrıntılar bulunmaktadır.
Yukarıda bahsetmiş olduğumuz bu ayrıntılar için önceliğimiz balığın kesinlikle taze olması gerekmektedir. Bayat balık zaten tek başına tüketildiğinde bile mideyi rahatsız edebiliyorken, üzerine bir de süt ile tüketilmesi hiç kuşkusuz gıda zehirlenmesine sebep olacaktır. Bu yüzden balık taze ise ve tatlının malzemelerinin de tazeliğinden eminseniz, rahatlıkla tüketebilirsiniz.
Balığın Bayat Olduğu Nasıl Anlaşılır?
Balığın bayat olduğunu anlamanızı sağlayacak bir çok belirti bulunmaktadır. Bu belirtilerden kısaca bahsedecek olursak;
- Bayat balığın gözleri oldukça koyu renkli ve cansız bakar. Yani taze balık ile kıyaslandığında aradaki fark oldukça belirgindir.
- Bayatlamış olan balık taze balığa nazaran daha yumuşak olur. Bu yumuşaklık ise oldukça rahatsız edicidir. Yani bayat bir balığa baş parmağınız ile bastırdığınızda elinizin parmağın baskı uyguladığı bölgede göçme meydana gelir. Taze balıkta ise zaten eti bastırmanız da zor olacaktır.
- Bayat balık kokar ve oldukça da kötü kokar. Eğer bayatlama yeni başladıysa ilk başta bu kokuyu hemen almanız mümkün olmayacağı için, balığı incelemek için elinize alıp muhakkak koklamalısınız da. Taze balıklar ise kesinlikle kokmamaktadır.
- Bayat balıkların derisi grileşir ve pul pul olur. Yani görünüş itibari ile size çekici gelmeyecektir. Fakat taze balık parlak ve canlı bir görüntüye sahiptir.
Balık alırken her zaman size güven veren yerlerden almaya özen göstermelisiniz. Böylece balıkları alırken bir problem yaşama riskiniz azalacaktır.
