Bardakta Mısır Nasıl Yapılır?
Son zamanlarda, sokaklarda satılan ve oldukça popüler olan bardakta mısır gün geçtikçe daha da çok tüketilmeye başlıyor. Neredeyse her sokakta ve caddede bir mısır satıcısı olduğunu görüyoruz. Ülkemizde birkaç yıl önce ünlenen üzerinden zaman geçse de hala popülerliğini koruyan bardakta mısırın yapımı aslında çok basit. Verdiğimiz ipuçları sayesinde, evde yaptığınız bardakta mısırla sokaktan aldığınız mısırın tadını ve lezzetini birbirinden ayırt edemeyeceksiniz. Ve her şeyden önce çocuklarınız bu mısırlara bayılacak!
Evde Bardakta Mısır Nasıl Yapılır?
Malzemeler:
- 1 Paket haşlanmış ve dondurulmuş mısır,
- 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz,
- Bir yemek kaşığı margarin,
- 8 su bardağı sıcak su,
- Ketçap, mayonez veya ranch sos,
- İstediğiniz baharatlar,
- Nar ekşisi
Hazırlanışı:
Öncelikle 8 su bardağı sıcak suyu derin bir tencereye boşaltın. Kısık ateşte ocağınızı açın. Bir paket haşlanmış ve dondurulmuş mısırı tencereye dökün ve yaklaşık 5 dakika pişmeye bırakın. Mısırlarınız uygun yumuşaklık ve kıvama eriştiğinde ocağın altını kapatıp suyunu süzün.
Suyunu süzdüğünüz mısırları tekrar tencereye alın. Üzerine bir yemek kaşığı margarin ve bir tatlı kaşığı tuzu ekleyip karıştırın. Margarin ve tuz mısırın içinde tamamen eriyene kadar karıştırın. Artık sıra damak tadınıza veya zevkinize uygun şekilde sos eklemeye geldi. İsterseniz mısırınıza sos eklemeden de afiyetle yiyebilirsiniz. Soslarınızı kendi arzunuza göre değiştirebilirsiniz. Bizim önerdiklerimiz genellikle kullanılan soslar olmakla birlikte farklı bir çok sosu veya aromayı da mısırınıza ekleyip afiyetle yiyebilirsiniz.
Çeşitli Soslarla Bardakta Mısır Yapımı
Pişirdiğiniz mısırlara tereyağı ve tuzu atıp erittikten sonra karabiber, kimyon, pul biber veya istediğiniz kadar baharatı her birinden yarım çay kaşığı olacak şekilde atabilirsiniz. Ardından servis bardağınıza alabilirsiniz. Servis edeceğiniz mısırların üzerine sıvı sosları işte tam bu sırada ekleyebilirsiniz.
Acı sos, ketçap, mayonez, sarımsaklı mayonez, ranch sos, nar ekşisi veya barbekü sos gibi birçok farklı sos deneyebilirsiniz. Önerdiğimiz sosların hepsini bir tarifte denemeyin, aksi takdirde istemeyeceğiniz tatlar elde edebilirsiniz. Sosların birkaçını damak tadınıza göre kombinleyip güzel aromalar yaratabilirsiniz. Çocuklarınız evde yaptığınız bu mısırı hiçbir mısıra değişmeyecektir!
Domates Soslu Bardakta Mısır Yapımı
Domates soslu mısır için öncelikle bir adet domatese ihtiyacınız olacak. Domatesin kabuklarını soyun ardından rendeleyin. Tavanıza biraz zeytinyağı koyup kısık ateşte ısınmaya bırakın. Rendelediğiniz domatesleri tavaya ekleyin. Üzerine tuz, kekik ve nane ekleyin. Daha sonra karışıma birkaç damla limon sıkın.
Ardından orta ateşte iyice karıştırın. Kıvamını alması için 5 dakika kadar kavurun. Ardından servis bardağına aldığınız mısırın üzerine domates sosunuzu gezdirin. Mükemmel domates soslu bardakta mısırınızı artık afiyetle yiyebilirsiniz.
