Böreğin Yumuşak Olması İçin Üstüne Ne Sürülür?
Böreğin yumuşak olması için üzerine uygulanabilecek birçok karışım vardır. Fakat bu karışımlardan da öncesinde kullandığınız malzemenin tazeliği ve kalitesidir. Örneğin börek yapımında bayat süt kullandıysanız, bu süt böreğinizin tadını da etkileyecektir.
Böreğin Yumuşak Olması İçin Üstüne Ne Sürülür?
Burada öncelikle böreğinizi normal bir şekilde yapıyorsunuz. Börek bittikten sonra ise hem böreğin üst kısmının yumuşak hem de taze olması için;
- Böreğin üzerine sürmek üzere, bir kase içerisine 3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt ve 1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağı karıştırın. İyice karıştırdıktan sonra ise fırça yardımıyla ya da elinize eldiven geçirerek bu karışımı böreğin üzerine sürebilirsiniz.
- Yine börek bittikten sonra, bir kase içerisine bir şişe soda ve bir adet yumurtayı karıştırıp böreğin üzerine sürebilirsiniz.
- Börek bittikten sonra üzerine sadece bir şişe soda dökerek en az 4 saat olacak şekilde böreğinizi dinlendirin ve daha sonra fırına verin.
Bu şekilde karışımlar hazırladığınızda hem böreğinizin üzeri ağız sulandırıcı derecede kızaracak hem de oldukça yumuşak olacaktır.
Börek Yaparken Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler
- Malzemelerin taze olmasına dikkat etmelisiniz. Yukarıda da söylediğimiz gibi yufka, un ya da süt taze değilse böreğin tadının da değişmesine neden olacaktır. Eğer böreğinizi lezzetli, kabarmış ve nar gibi kızarmış olmasını istiyorsanız bilhassa malzemelere dikkat etmelisiniz.
- Böreğiniz üstüne yukarıda da bahsetmiş olduğumuz karışımları sürdüğünüzde böreğiniz daha çok kızaracak ve daha lezzetli gözükecektir.
- Böreğinizi fırına vermeden önce her zaman fırınınızı ısıtmalısınız. Böylece böreğiniz daha kısa bir süre içinde pişmiş olacaktır.
- Böreğinizi eğer hazır yufka ile yapıyorsanız, yufkanın üzerini süt ile ıslatarak böreğinizin daha lezzetli olmasını sağlayabilirsiniz.
Börek Piştikten Sonra:
İlk etapta hemen fırından alınmamalıdır. Henüz çok sıcak olduğu için böreğin yapısını bozabilirsiniz. Bunun yerine piştikten 15-20 dakika kadar sonra fırından çıkarıp, üstünü kapatabileceğiniz bir kap içerisine yerleştirebilirsiniz.
Börek Tüketirken:
Börek tüketeceğiniz zaman dozunu iyi ayarlamak ve aşırıya kaçmamanız oldukça önemlidir. Börek bir hamur işidir ve kişiyi şişirmeye oldukça müsait bir gıdadır. Eğer ipin ucunu kaçırır da fazla tüketirseniz midenizi oldukça rahatsız ve her hamur işinde böyle bir tüketim direkt olarak orantısız kilo alınmasına sebep olacaktır. Bu yüzden börek yerken yanında su ya da ayran içmeniz, midenizin sıkışmamasına sebep olacaktır.
Pişmiş Börek Nasıl Saklanır?
Pişmiş börek ilk etapta tüketilmeye başlandıysa, kalan böreklerinizi borcam içerisinde rahatlıkla saklayabilirsiniz. Fakat böreğin her zaman tazeliğini korumasını istiyorsanız, kesinlikle uzun süre hava ile temas etmesinden kaçınmanız gerekmektedir.
Börekler oda sıcaklığında çok uzun zaman olmayacak şekilde saklanabilir. Yukarıda da söylediğimiz gibi hava almaması şartıyla. Yani börek kıymalı dahi olsa buzdolabına konmamalıdır. Buzdolabı böreği daha çok sertleştirir ve tüketeceğiniz zaman ısıtmak zorunda kalacağınız için bu işlem sürekli tekrar ettiğinde sağlığınızı bozabilmektedir.
