Buzdolabının İçi Nasıl Güzel Kokar?
Buzdolabı, her gün tükettiğimiz besinlerimizi bozulmadan saklayabildiğimiz alandır. Bu yüzden günlük tükettiğimiz yiyeceklerimizi saklarken hijyenik bir ortam olması sağlımız açısından çok önemlidir. Buzdolabının güzel kokması da yiyeceklerimizi büyük ölçüde etkiler.
Buzdolabının Kötü Kokma Nedenleri Nelerdir?
Buzdolabının güzel kokması sağlamadan önce yapmamız gereken kötü kokmasını önlemektir. Yani güzel kokması için yöntemlere ihtiyaç duymadan önce önlemimizi almamız gerekir. Bunun ilk kuralı da yiyeceklerimizi ağzı kapalı saklama kapları, yine ağzı kapalı tava ve tencereler ya da yiyecek saklamaya uygun poşetler içerisinde muhafaza etmektir. Böylece yiyeceklerin kokuları birbirlerine karışmaz ve buzdolabı içerisinde kötü bir koku oluşmasını engellemiş oluruz.
Bir diğer kötü koku sebebi ise bozulmuş gıdalardır. Bozulmasını, taze kalmasını sağlamak amacıyla buzdolabına koyduğumuz besinler uzun süre buzdolabında kaldıklarında bozulurlar ve kapalı kapların içinde olmalarına rağmen kötü koku yayabilirler. Bunu önlemek için besinleri daha kısa sürede tüketmeliyiz ve uzun süre buzdolabında bekletmemeliyiz.
Kötü kokuların diğer bir sebebi ise buzdolabına akan besin suları ve soslardır. Hemen temizlenmedikleri taktirde oluşan kötü kokularla baş etmek zorunda kalırsınız. Şimdi dilerseniz kötü kokuları nasıl gidereceğimizi detaylıca açıklayalım.
Buzdolabındaki Kötü Kokular Nasıl Giderilir?
- Sirke ile: Buzdolabındaki kötü kokuların en büyük düşmanı sirkedir. Buzdolabını tamamen boşalttıktan sonra sirkeli su ile iyice silerek temizlerseniz, kötü kokulardan kurtulmuş olursunuz. Çünkü sirke antiseptik özelliği ile bakterileri öldürür ve kötü kokuları giderir.
- Karbonat ile: Sirke kokusundan hoşlanmayanlar karbonatı kullanabilirler. Bir çay tabağına koyduğunuz karbonat buzdolabınızdaki kötü kokuları önleyecek ve her daim güzel kokmasını sağlayacaktır. Bu yöntemini günlük yiyeceklerinizde oluşacak kötü kokuları önlemek amacıyla da kullanabilirsiniz. Çünkü karbonat, kötü koku ve rutubeti emer.
- Süt ile: Buzdolabındaki kötü kokuların diğer bir düşmanı da süttür. Çay bardağına ya da küçük bir kaba ağzı açık bir şekilde az miktarda sütü koyduğunuzda ve buzdolabında beklettiğinizde kötü kokular gidecektir. Süt, kötü kokuları kendi çekme ve hapsetme özelliğine sahiptir.
- Türk kahvesi ile: Türk kahvesi de süt gibi kötü kokuları kendine çeker ve içine hapseder. Yine ağzı açık bir kap ya da kasede bir miktar türk kahvesini 1 gece kadar buzdolabınızda beklettiğinizde kötü kokular gider ve kahvenin hoş kokusuyla buzdolabınız daha güzel kokar.
- Limon ile: Limon dilimlerini bir tabak içinde buzdolabınızda beklettiğinizde kötü kokuların yerini güzel limon kokusu kaplayacaktır. Ancak bu yöntemi kullanırken limon dilimlerini sık sık yenilemeniz gerekir.
- Vanilya ile: Vanilya bilindiği gibi hoş kokusu nedeniyle birçok alanda kullanılır. Buzdolabındaki kötü kokuları da gidermek amacıyla bir pamuğa damlatılmış vanilya buzdolabında muhafaza edilebilir. Dilerseniz daha fazla nüfuz etmesi için bu pamuğu su dolu bir bardağa da koyarak buzdolabında saklayabilirsiniz. Vanilyanın hoş kokusu buzdolabınıza sinecektir.
NOT: Bu yöntemleri kullanırken buzdolabınızın boş, çalışır durumda ve kuru olmasına dikkat ediniz. Yalnız karbonatı günlük olarak yani yiyecekleriniz buzdolabının içindeyken, kötü kokuları önlemek amacıyla da kullanabilirsiniz.
