Çikolatanın Bozulduğunu Nasıl Anlarız?

1-)Görüntüsüne Dikkat Edin
Çikolatanın bozulduğu anda görüntüsünde değişim meydana gelmektedir. Özellikle uygun koşullarda saklanmayan çikolatalar raf ömründen çok daha önce bozulabilir.
Çikolatanın buzdolabında saklanması sonucunda içerisindeki şeker bozulabilir ve çikolatanın yüzeyine çıkabilir. Bu durumda çikolatanın kokusu ve tadı tamamen değişir. Bu durum aynı şekilde çikolatanın aşırı sıcak ortamda tutulması durumunda da gözlenir.
2-)Çikolatanın Beyazlaşması
Çikolatanın beyazlaşması genel olarak soğuk ortamda saklanan çikolatalarda gözlenir. Bu beyazlanma içerisindeki yağın donmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Yağın donması genel olarak çikolatanın tadında bir değişime sebep olmaz ve bu şekildeki çikolatalar rahatlıkla tüketilebilir.
Ancak normal şartlarda saklanan ve beyazlaşan çikolatalar ciddi bir durumun göstergesi olabilir. Bu tarz çikolataların tüketilmesinden kaçınılmalıdır.
NOT: Çikolatanın saklanma koşullarına çok dikkat edilmelidir. Çikolata nemden uzak bir ortamda saklanmalıdır. Nem oranı %50’nin üzerine çıktığı anda çikolatalar bozulur. Aynı zamanda çikolatalar aşırı soğuk ve aşırı sıcak ortamda da hızlıca bozulmaktadır.
