Domates Çorbası Ekşi Olursa Ne Yapılır?
Ülkemizde sevilerek tüketilen domates çorbasının ekşi olması durumunda bir takım yöntemler kullanarak ekşi tadı yok edebilirsiniz. Domates çorbası lezzetiyle birçok sofranın baş tacı yemeklerden birisi haline gelmiştir. Ana yemek öncesi tüketilen çorba çeşitlerinden birisi olan domates çorbasının hazır satılan paketleri de bulunmaktadır. Vaktiniz olmadığı zamanlarda bu çorbadan yapabilir ve ana yemek öncesi alternatif bir öğün alabilirsiniz.
Domates çorbasını evde kendi malzemeleriniz ile birlikte yapmak ise çok daha faydalı ve lezzetli olacaktır. Domates çorbasının en basit tariflerinden birisi aşağıda yer almaktadır. Bu tarifi evinizde deneyebilirsiniz.
Domates Çorbası Nasıl Yapılır?
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 2 tane orta boy domates,
- 1 çorba kaşığı domates salçası,
- 2 çorba kaşığı tereyağ,
- 2 çorba kaşığı un,
- Tuz,
- 2 litre su.
Yapılışı:
- Domates çorbasını hazırlamak için öncelikle domatesleri yıkayın ve sonrasında kabuklarını bıçak yardımı ile soyun.
- Kabukları soyulmuş olan domatesleri çatal yardımı ile ya da mutfak robotu ile birlikte ezin.
- Domatesin içine bir miktar su ve salça da ekleyerek karıştırmaya devam edin.
- Daha sonrasında başka bir tarafta tencere alın ve içine belirtilen miktarda tereyağ ekleyin. Ocağın altını açın ve tereyağı eridikten sonra içine un ekleyin. Unu çırpıcı ile birlikte dibi tutmadan hızlıca çırpın.
- Unu bir süre kavurun ve unun kokusu gelmeye başladıktan sonra domates rendesi karışımını tencerenin içine katın.
- Bu şekilde tahta kaşık ile karıştırmaya devam edin, bir süre daha domatesleri pişirin.
- Sonrasında karışımın içine 1 litre suyu ekleyin ve bir miktar da tuz ekleyerek karıştırmaya devam edin. Karışım kaynadıktan sonrasında altını kısın ve kısık ateş ile 5 dakika daha pişirin.
- Sonrasında ocağın altını kapatın. Dilerseniz domates çorbası içine rendelenmiş kaşar da ekleyebilir ve bu şekilde servis edebilirsiniz.
Domates Çorbası Ekşisi Nasıl Alınır?
Domates çorbasını ekşi seviyorsanız içine bir miktar limon suyu ekleyebilirsiniz. Limon suyunun fazla gelmesi halinde fazla ekşi olan domates çorbası için farklı çözümler üretebilirsiniz. Bunun için en kolay yöntemlerden birisi havuç kullanımı olacaktır. Ekşi olan domates çorbasının içine bir miktar havuç atabilir ve bu şekilde ekşi tadı önleyebilirsiniz.
Fazla ekşi olan domates çorbası için kullanılabilecek diğer bir ürün ise patatestir. Çiğ olan patatesleri küp şeklinde kestikten sonra domates çorbasının içine atabilir ve karıştırdıktan sonra çorbanın tadının normale döndüğünü görebilirsiniz. Bu çözümler domates çorbasının fazla tuzlu olması durumunda da kullanılması gereken çözümler olarak değerlendirilmelidir.
