Ekşi Salça Nasıl Tatlandırılır?
Ekşimiş salçaların içine birkaç farklı sebze katarak fazla olan ekşi tadı yok edebilirsiniz. Ekşi olan salçaların kullanımı çoğu kişi tarafından tercih edilmez. Yemeklerin tadını bozan ekşi salçaları tatlandırabilmek için farklı yöntemleri deneyebilir ve başarılı sonuçlar elde edebilirsiniz. Havuç, patates gibi farklı ve her yerde bulunabilen sebzeleri salçanın içine katabilir ve ekşi tadın normale dönmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.
Salça çoğu yemekte kullanılan bir üründür ve evinizde doğal malzemeler kullanımı ile birlikte salça yapmanız mümkündür. Biber ya da domates salçası yapabilir ve yemeklerinizde kullanabilirsiniz.
Ekşi Salçayı Tatlandırmak İçin Ne Yapılmalı?
Ekşimiş bir salçayı çok basit bir yöntem ile birlikte kolayca tatlandırabilirsiniz. Bunun için havuç rendesi kullanımı yeterli olacaktır. Salça yaptıktan sonra içine koyduğunuz malzemeler nedeniyle tadının istenilenden ekşi olduğunu fark etmeniz halinde çiğ havucu rendeledikten sonra salçanın içine katabilir ve tadını değiştirebilirsiniz.
Salçanın çok tuzlu olması durumunda yapılacak en uygun şey ise patates kullanımı olacaktır. Patatesleri küp küp kestikten sonra salçanın içine katabilir ve karıştırarak tuzlu tadı yok etmeyi başarabilirsiniz.
Evde Salça Nasıl Yapılır?
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 10 kg domates,
- Bir miktar tuz,
- Zeytinyağı.
Yapılışı:
- Domates salçası yapabilmek için öncelikle domateslerin tamamını su kabı içinde yıkayın ve sonrasında hepsinin kabuklarını tek tek soyun.
- Daha sonrasında domatesleri küçük parçalar biçiminde kesin ve kolay bir işlem için mutfak robotunun içinde tüm domatesleri geçirin.
- Ezilmiş domatesleri büyük bir tencerenin içine boşaltın ve kısık ateşte püre haline gelene kadar karıştırarak pişirin.
- Daha sonrasında domatesleri ocaktan alın ve soğuduktan sonra bir kez daha mutfak robotundan geçirin.
- Bu işlemlerden sonra karışımın içine belirli oranda tuz ekleyin ve domates püresini tepsiye dizin.
- Bu tepsileri bir süre güneş önünde bekletin ve hazır hale gelmiş olan salçayı büyük cam kavanozların içine koyun.
- Üzerlerine az miktarda zeytinyağı dökün ve sonrasında ağzını kapatarak serin, kuru bir yerde muhafaza edin.
Salça Yapacak Kişiler İçin Önemli Püf Noktaları
- Salça yapacak kişilerin dikkat etmesi konulardan birisi salçaların nasıl muhafaza edileceğidir. Hazırladığınız salçaları cam kavanoz içinde güneş görmeyen, kuru bir yerde muhafaza etmeniz gereklidir.
- Salça yapacak kişilerin dikkat etmesi gereken diğer konu ise zeytinyağı kullanımıdır. Salçanın bozulmaması için üst kısmına biraz zeytinyağı dökülmesi oldukça faydalı bir yöntem olacaktır.
- Salçayı kavururken dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta ise tahta kaşık kullanımıdır. Salçanın tencere içinde kavurulması sırasında kesinlikle tahta kaşık kullanımı yapılmalıdır.
