Kadayıf Şerbeti Sıcak mı Dökülür?
Kadayıf şerbeti hazırlaması oldukça kolay bir tariftir ve kadayıfın üzerine soğuk bir biçimde dökülmesi tavsiye edilmektedir. Ülkemizin genelinde sütlü tarifler yerine şerbetli tatlılar daha çok tercih edilmektedir. Şerbetli tatlı denildiği anda aklımıza baklava, kadayıf gibi tatlı türleri gelmektedir. Tel kadayıf hazırlamak baklavaya göre çok daha basit olduğu için çoğu kişi özel günlerinde bu tatlı türünü tercih etmektedir.
Kadayıf yaparken dikkat edilmesi gereken en önemli noktalardan birisi şerbet yapımıdır. Şerbeti düzgün ayarlanmayan bir kadayıf istenilen tada sahip olmayacaktır.
Kadayıf Şerbeti Nasıl Hazırlanmalı?
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 3 su bardağı su,
- 3 su bardağı toz şeker,
- Bir miktar limon suyu.
Yapılışı:
- Öncelikle gerekli büyüklükte bir tencereyi alın ve içine su ile şekerleri ekleyin.
- Sonrasında tahta kaşık ile şeker eriyene kadar karıştırmaya devam edin.
- Tencerenin altını kısın ve suyu kaynatmaya devam edin.
- Su kaynarken 10 dakika sonra içine birkaç damla limon suyu sıkın ve daha sonra 3 dakika daha kaynatıp pişmesini bekleyin.
- Kadayıf şerbeti hazırlarken dikkat edilecek en önemli nokta şerbete katılacak olan su ve şeker miktarının tam olarak eşit olmasıdır. Şerbet için kullanılacak malzemelerin sayısı her tatlı türünde farklılık göstermektedir.
- Kadayıf şerbetini pişirdikten sonra nasıl döküleceği de oldukça önemlidir. Baklavanın tersine kadayıfın şerbetinin soğuk kadayıfın ise sıcak olmasına önem verilmelidir. Bunun için kadayıf pişmeden önce şerbet yapılmalı ve soğumaya bırakılmalıdır.
- Limon suyu şerbetin içine ocaktan alınmadan hemen öncesinde az miktarda dökülmelidir.
Kadayıf Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- Tel kadayıf,
- 200 gram tereyağı,
- 1 su bardağı ceviz ya da fındık içi.
- Şerbeti için:
- 2 su bardağı su,
- 2 su bardağı toz şeker,
- Birkaç damla limon suyu.
Yapılışı:
- Evde kadayıf hazırlamak oldukça basittir. Bunun için öncelikle şerbeti hazırlamanız daha iyi olacaktır çünkü şerbetin dökülürken soğuk olması gereklidir.
- Bir tencerenin içine suyu ve şekeri alın. Ocağın altını yakın, şeker eriyene kadar tahta kaşık ile karıştırın ve 10 dakika su kaynadıktan sonra içine limon suyu sıkın. Limon suyunu sıktıktan sonra 3 dakika içinde ocağın altını kapatabilirsiniz.
- Tereyağını eritin.
- Tel kadayıfların hepsini fırın tepsisinin üzerine dizin.
- Sonrasında eritilen tereyağının yarısını fırın tepsisinin üzerinde gezdirin.
- Ceviz ya da fındık içlerini kadayıfın üzerinde iyice gezdirin.
- Fırının derecesini 200 dereceye getirin ve kadayıfı bu fırın içinde 10 dakika kadar pişirin.
- Fırından çıkarılan tepsiyi 2 dakika bekletin ve sonrasında soğuk olan şerbeti kadayıfın üzerinde gezdirin.
