Kesme Tahtası Nasıl Kullanılır?
Kesme tahtaları, yiyecekleri kesmek için yüzey olarak kullanılan mutfak aletleridir. Kesme tahtaları ahşap, plastik, cam veya taştan yapılabilir. 2. Adım

3. Adım
Keskin bir bıçak kullanın ve bıçağın ucunu her zaman tahtanın üstünde tutarak kısa hamlelerle yiyecekleri kesin. Bu hareket, bıçağa veya doğrama tahtasına zarar vermenizi önleyecektir. Kesme tahtası taştan yapılmışsa bu malzeme bıçağınızı körelteceğinden, kullanırken dikkatli olun.
4. Adım
Kullandıktan hemen sonra doğrama tahtasını yıkayın. Sıcak su ve bulaşık sabununu karıştırın ve temizlemek için yumuşak bir bez kullanın. Kendi kendine kurumaya bırakın. Ahşap kesme tahtalarını suya daldırmayın; çünkü bunlar gözeneklidir bundan dolayı küflenebilirler.
5. Adım
Kesme tahtalarını haftada en az bir kez sirke ile dezenfekte edin. Bir litre suya bir çay bardağı sirke koyarak karışımı hazırlayın. Solüsyonu doğrama tahtalarının (ön ve arka) tüm yüzeyine uygulayın ve yaklaşık beş dakika kadar emmesine izin verin. Ilık su ile durulayın.
6. Adım
Ahşap doğrama tahtalarını, sıvıları ve kokuları emmelerini önlemek için düzenli olarak yağlayın. Besin sınıfına giren madeni yağa (eczanelerde bulunan mineral yağ) yumuşak bir bez batırın, yağlı bezi kuru ve temiz kesme tahtasına sürtün. Yağın fazla olmamasına dikkat edin. Yüzeyi temiz bir bezle silin ve kesme tahtasını öylece bırakın.
7. Adım
Kesme tahtasındaki kokuları ve lekeleri gidermek için kaba tuz kullanın. Tahtayı ıslatın ve bir avuç tuzla ovun. Yaklaşık beş dakika bekletin, sonra ılık suyla durulayın.
