3-)Dürüm
Dürüm biraz uçuk bir fikirmiş gibi gelebilir fakat aslında nohutlu dürüm meşhur bir sokak yemeğidir. Parçalanmış fasulyelerinizi aynı piyazda olduğu gibi soğan ve maydanoz ile harmanlayarak ince ekmek diye bilinen yufkalar ile sararak dürüm haline getirebilirsiniz. Çay ile oldukça uyumlu olan bu yemekte hem doyurucu hem de oldukça lezzetlidir.
4-)Çorba
Kuru fasulye ile zaten çorba yapılmaktadır. Fakat parçalanmış olan kuru fasulyeler de çorbanın görüntüsünü bozmadığından dilerseniz fasulyelerinizi çorbaya dönüştürebilirsiniz!
