Böyle durumlarda mutlaka cerrahi operasyonla alınmalıdırlar. Kıl giriş deliği bir tane olabileceği gibi birden fazlada olabilmektedir. Kıl giriş deliği çok küçüktür ve kıllar görülür. Kuyruk sokumunda delik kıl giriş deliği ise kıl dönmesi göstergesidir. Mutlaka ameliyat gerekir. Kıl çıkış deliği akıntının olduğu iltihabın aktığı deliktir. Bazen kapanabilir. Genellikle açık etrafı kızarık ve akıntı vardır.
