Lahana Yaprakları Nasıl Ayrılır?

- Lahanaları kaynattıktan sonra soğuk su dolu bir kabın içine atarak erimesini önleyebilirsiniz. Bu işlemi lahananın en küçük katmanları ayrılıncaya kadar uygulamanız uygun bir yöntem olacaktır.
Lahana Haşlamadan Nasıl Sarılır?

- Lahananın sert olan yapraklarının bu işlemlerden sonra çok kolay bir biçimde ayrılabildiğini görebileceksiniz. Bu şekilde lahana yapraklarını uzun bir zaman boyunca tek tek haşlamak yerine daha kolay bir biçimde ayırabilir ve lahana dolması yapmak için sarabilirsiniz.
