Makarna Tuzlu Olursa Ne Yapılmalı?

Tuz makarnanın suyu kaynamaya başladıktan sonra eklenmelidir. 5 litre suyun tencerenin yarısından biraz fazla olacak derecede büyük ve derin bir tencere seçilmelidir.Tuzlu olan makarnaya biraz daha makarna haşlayıp ekleyerek tadı dengeleyebilirsiniz. Tamamen pişmemiş olan bir makarnayı da tuzsuz bir suda haşlamaya devam edebilirsiniz.
Eğer makarna pişmiş ve tuz dengesi sağlanamamışsa, başka bir yöntem olarak sos kullanabilirsiniz. Çok tuzlu olan makarnaya tuz kullanmadan hazırlayacağınız sosu eklerseniz makarnanın tadı dengelenmiş olacaktır.
Genellikle tuzlu yemeklerin kurtarılmasında işe yarayan limon makarna suyunda kullanıldığında tadında değişime sebep olacaktır. Bir diğer alışılmış yöntem olan şeker de buna benzer. Makarnayı derin bir tencere ile haşlamaya özen gösterin. Ateş harlı olmalıdır ve tencerenin kapağı kapatılmamalıdır. Tuzu haşlama suyu kaynadıktan sonra ekleyin. Kullandığınız makarna suyuna yağ koymayın ve bu suyu sos için kullanmak üzere ayırabilirsiniz. Makarnaları hazırlarken sık sık karıştırın ve takip edin. Makarna hazır olduktan sonra süzgeç ile süzülmeli bu esnada suya tutulmamalı, yıkanmamalıdır. Makarna bekletilmeden yenilmeye özen gösterilmelidir.
