Margarin kullanarak patates kızartması yapılır ama bu kızartmayı damak tadınız nasıl karşılar bilemiyoruz. Genellikle sıvı yağ kullanılarak yapılan kızartmalar, margarin kullanıldığında tatları oldukça değişiyor. Ve margarin ile yapılan patates kızartması kişileri biraz daha uğraştırabilmektedir.

Margarin kullanılarak patates kızartması yapılır fakat yukarıda da söylediğimiz gibi sıvı yağ kullanımı ile kıyaslandığında daha uğraştırıcıdır. Bir kere margarin sıvı yağ özelliklerine sahip bir yağ olmadığından kolay bir şekilde eridiğinden, yaklaşık 3 dakika sonra tavada patates kızartacak kadar dahi yağ kalmıyor. Bu yüzden patates kızartmak için neredeyse bir bütün margarin harcamak zorunda kalacaksınız. Bunun yanı sıra tat olarak da aynı olmadığını söylemiştik. Margarin ile kızartılan patateslerde yoğun bir koku bulunduğu gibi, bu kokudan dolayı da yoğun bir tat meydana gelmektedir. Bu koku ve tat ise kimi zaman patates kızartmasını hazmetmeyi zorlaştıracaktır.
Genellikle evde sıvı yağ kalmadığından dolayı margarin kullanıldığı için bilhassa kızartma yapacağınızda aradaki vakit kaybını umursamadan gidip sıvı yağ almanızı öneririz. Diğer türlü farklı bir tat ve koku size daha çok zaman kaybı yaşatacaktır.
Mutfaklarımızdaki Yağlar Ne Kadar Sağlıklı?
Yağları 3’e ayırabiliriz; doymuş yağ, doymamış yağ ve trans yağ. Trans yağ vücudun istemediği ve sağlık açısından oldukça zararlı olduğu için genel olarak kullanılan bir yağ değildir. Doymuş yağ ise kuyruk yağı, tereyağı, iç yağı ve margarinlerden oluşur, doğmamış ya ise zeytin yağı, ayçiçek yağı, balık yağı ve bitkisel yağlardan oluşmaktadır.
- Kullanılan yağ her neyse abartılı bir şekilde tüketilmesi durumunda sağlığa muhakkak kötü yönde etkileri olmaktadır. Bunun yanında günlük olarak kullanılan diğer yağlardan kısaca bahsetmemiz gerekirse; Tereyağının en sağlıklı yağ olduğunu rahatlıkla belirtebiliriz. Doğal olması da sağlıklı olmasının en büyük nedeni. Bunun yanında balık yağıda vücuda iyi anlamda katkılar sağlayan bir diğer yağdır ancak yemeklerde değil takviye olarak ayrıca kullanılması çok daha doğrudur. Yine zeytinyağı da kullanabileceğiniz diğer sağlıklı yağlardan fakat %100 doğal olması şartıyla.
- Tereyağı, zeytin yağı gibi doğal yağlar kalp dostu olsa da, mutfakta her yağın kullanılması doğru değildir. Yine bir yağın birden fazla şekilde kullanılması da içeriğindeki kanserojen etkiyi arttırdığından sakıncalıdır.
Yağ Nasıl Saklanmalıdır?
Margarin, tereyağı gibi yağlar katı formunda olduğu için muhakkak serin bir ortamda saklanmaları gerekmektedir. Evlerde ise bu konuda en ideal ortam buzdolabıdır. Bunun dışında kalan zeytin yağı, ayçiçek yağı gibi yağlar sıvı formda olduğundan oda sıcaklığında fakat direkt güneş ışığına maruz kalmayacak şekilde rahatlıkla saklanabilirler.
Yağları saklarken dikkat edilmesi gereken bir diğer detay ise ortamda kesinlikle rutubet bulunmaması gerektiğidir. Bu cildiniz için kullandığınız badem yağı dahi olsa, rutubetli bir alanda saklanıyorsa bu yağın yapısını etkileyebileceğinden sakıncalı olarak görülmektedir. Yine yağların her zaman hava almayacak şekilde kapatılması da muhafaza edilirken dikkat edilmesi gereken bir diğer önemli detaydır.
