Mayalı Hamur Dolapta Kaç Gün Bekler?
Mayalı hamur içeriğinde bulunan malzemelere göre saklanma süresi de uzayabilmektedir. Fakat eğer hamuru hemen kullanmayacaksanız, her zaman en doğru saklanma ortamının buzdolabı olduğunu hatırlatalım.
Mayalı Hamur Dolapta Kaç Gün Bekler?
Yukarıda da belirttiğimiz gibi bekleme süreleri içindeki malzemeye göre değişkenlik gösterir. Kısaca hangi hamurların ne kadar buzdolabında saklanabileceğini kısaca anlatmamız gerekirse;
- Un, tuz, su ve maya ile yapılan bildiğimiz hamurları buzdolabında 3 gün kadar rahatlıkla saklayabilirsiniz.
- Hamurunuzun içinde ekstra olarak yumurta da bulunuyorsa, yumurtanın saklanma ömrünün kısa olmasından dolayı, hamurunuzu da buzdolabında yaklaşık olarak 2 gün muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
- Eğer hamurun içinde maya yok ise o zaman 1 hafta gönül rahatlığı ile buzdolabında muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
- Yaş mayanın kendisinin raf ömrü kısa olduğu için hamurun içindeki ömrü de çok uzun süre değildir. Bu yüzden 1-2 gün kadar buzdolabında muhafaza etmenize olanak sağlamaktadır.
- Toz maya ile hazırlanmış hamurlar ise yine 3 gün buzdolabında muhafaza edebilebilmektedir. Bunun en temel nedeni ise toz mayanın soğuğa dayanıklı olmasıdır.
Mayalı Hamurun Bozulduğu Nasıl Anlaşılır?
Mayalı hamurlar doğru bir şekilde muhafaza edilmediğinde ya da yukarıda belirttiğimizden daha uzun süre muhafaza edilmişse, direkt olarak bozulmaya başlayacaktır. Bozulduğunu ise aslında kolaylıkla anlayabiliriz.
- Mayalı hamurun bozulmaya başladığının ilk belirtisi ekşimesidir. Eğer hamurda aşırı ekşilik varsa bozulduğunu düşünebilirsiniz.
- Hamur kabardıktan sonra poğaça, ekmek gibi gıdalar yapılır. Bozulmaya başlayan hamurun bir diğer belirtisi de kabarıklığının inmesidir. Eğer 1 gündür sakladığınız hamurun kabarıklığının gittiğini ve baloncuk baloncuk olduğunu görürseniz hamurun bozulduğunu düşünebilirsiniz. Muhtemelen kullanılan malzemelerin taze olmamasından dolayı hamurunuz bozulmuştur.
- Eğer hamur uzun süre beklemişse küflenmesi de kaçınılmazdır. Üzerinde yeşillenmeler fark ediyorsanız kesinlikle kullanmaktan kaçınmalısınız.
Hamur Hazırlarken Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler Nelerdir?
- Hamuru hazırlayacağınız zaman her zaman malzemelerinizin taze olduğundan emin olmanız gerekmektedir. Yukarıda da belirttiğimiz gibi taze olmayan malzemeler ile hazırlanmış hamurlar kabarsa bile kısa bir süre de tekrar inebilir, hiç kabarmayabilir ya da yapacağınız gıdanın lezzetli olmasını engelleyebilmektedir.
- Kullanacağınız unu her zaman elemenizi öneririz. Böylece herhangi bir topaklanmanın yaşanmasını da önceden engellemiş olursunuz.
- Hamur için kullanacağınız mayaların bilhassa son kullanma tarihine ve muhafaza edildiği ortama bakarak almanızı öneririz. Eğer son kullanma tarihine daha varsa fakat güneş alan bir yerde muhafaza ediliyorsa, kesinlikle satın almamanızı öneririz.
- Hamuru yoğururken içine herhangi bir şeyin düşmemesine dikkat etmelisiniz. Aynı şekilde hamur her zaman ele yapışmayacak kıvama geldikten sonra saklanmalıdır.
