Nohut Sıcak Suyla mı Islatılır?
Nohut hazırlanırken sıcak su ile mi yoksa soğuk suyla mı ıslatılması gerektiği kişilerin her zaman kafasını karıştıran, ikileme düşmesine neden olan bir ayrıntıdır. Fakat nohutun lezzetli ve diri olması da aslında tam olarak bu kısma bağlıdır.
Nohut Sıcak Suyla Mı Islatılır?
Öncelikle nohut pişirirken öncesinde iyice bir yıkamak sonrasında ise ıslatmak gerekmektedir. Bu ıslatma işleminde ise her zaman soğuk su tercih edilmelidir. Hazırlamış olduğunuz suyun içerisine bir çay kaşığı olacak şekilde toz şeker veya varsa karbonat, bir yemek kaşığı olacak şekilde ise tuz eklenmelidir. Bu karışım nohutun dışında bulunan zarın atılmasına ve daha çabuk bir şekilde pişmesine zemin hazırlayacaktır.
Nohutu sıcak su ile ıslatmak bu yukarıda belirtmiş olduğumuz zarın atılmasına engel olabileceği gibi hem ıslat hem de pişirmede sıcak kullanmak nohutun çabuk parçalanmasına ve diri olmamasına da sebep olabilmektedir. Bu yüzden mümkün olduğunca soğuk su kullanmaya özen göstermelisiniz.
Nohut Pişirirken Uygulamanız Gereken Püf Noktalar
- Nohut pişirmeye başlamadan önce her zaman nohutun taze olduğundan emin olmanız gerekmektedir. Bayatlamaya başlamış ya da bozulmuş olan nohutlar lezzetli de olmayacaktır.
- Nohut soğuk su ve yukarıdaki yazdığımız karışımda 1 gece muhakkak bekletilmelidir. Bu karışımdan sonra ise iyi bir şekilde yıkandığından emin olmalısınız. Akan su nohutlarınız yıkanmalıdır.
- Nohut tüketilme zamanında saatler önce pişirilmelidir. Eğer akşam yemeği için düşünüyorsanız muhakkak öğlene kadar pişirilmiş olmalı ve bu şekilde bekletilmelidir. Böylece nohut tam olarak kıvamına erişmiş olacaktır.
Nohutun Faydaları Nelerdir?
- Nohut, cilt sağlığını korumaktadır. İçerisinde bulunan manganez bileşeni sayesinde ciltte bulunan ve yaşlanmaya sebep olan hücrelerin yenilenmesine katkıda bulunur. Böylece yaşlanma belirtilerini en aza indirir.
- Vücudunuzda demir eksikliği varsa, bu saç sağlığınızı da büyük oranda etkileyecektir. Yani saçlarınız çok sık dökülmeye ve kopmaya başlayacaktır. Nohut ise içeriğinde bulunan vitamin ve mineraller sayesinde aslında demir eksikliğinin vücuda vereceği zararı minimum seviyeye indirmemektedir. Aynı zamanda vücuttaki demir seviyesini yükseltmektedir.
- Nohutun tok tutucu özelliği vardır. Özellikle kilo vermek niyetindeyseniz, günde 1 öğün nohut tüketmeniz ara öğünlerde meydana gelebilecek açlığınızın önünü geçer.
- Nohut bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirir. Yani eğer çok sık rahatsızlanıyorsanız, vücudunuz direnci düşükse yine dolaylı yoldan demir eksikliği de bağışıklık sistemini zayıflattığından, nohut tüketmeniz bağışıklık sisteminin güçlenmesini sağlayacaktır.
- Özellikle kemik suyu ya da ilikle yapılan nohutlar kemik sağlığını kuvvetlendirmektedir. Çocuk yaşlardan itibaren tüketilmeye başlandığında ise vücuda oldukça kalıcı katkıları meydana gelmektedir.
- Kadınlarda genetik ya da ilerleyen yaşlarda meydana gelebilen meme kanseri riskini nohut tüketerek tamamen ortadan kaldırabilirsiniz. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda nohutun içinde bulunan fitokimyasallar ve saponinler meme kanserine yakalanma riskini önlemektedir.
- Kolesterol hastalarının da rahatlıkla tüketebileceği nohut, özellikle kötü kolesterolü ortadan kaldırmaktadır.
