Normal Tencerede Kuru Fasulye Kaç Dakikada Pişer?
Normal tencerede kuru fasulye kaç dakikada pişer karşımıza sık çıkan sorulardan birisidir. Kuru fasulye ülkemizde çok sevilen ve özellikle kış aylarında tercih edilen bir yemek çeşididir. Kuru fasulye oldukça geç pişen bir yemek türü olduğu için tam kıvamına gelebilmesi için genellikle normal tencere yerine düdüklü tencere içinde pişirilir. Düdüklü tencere içinde yapılan kuru fasulye yemeği en az 1 saatte pişer, bu nedenle kuru fasulye yemeği yapacak kişilerin erkenden yemeği yapmaya başlaması gerekmektedir.
Kuru fasulye yemeği çok geç piştiği için bir gece önceden su içinde ıslatmak da büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. 1 gece önceden ıslattığınız kuru fasulye yemeği kısa sürede hazır hale gelecektir.
Normal Tencerede Kuru Fasulye Yapılır mı?
Kuru fasulye yemeği yapmak istiyorsanız daha hızlı pişmesi için düdüklü tencere tercih etmeniz gereklidir. Düdüklü tencerenin olmadığı yerlerde ise normal bir tencere ile de kuru fasulye pişirmeyi deneyebilirsiniz. Normal tencerede yapılacak kuru fasulye normalde 2 ya da 3 saatten önce pişmez. Ama bazı püf noktalarına dikkat ederek bu süreyi çok daha kısa bir hale getirebilirsiniz.
Normal tencerede yapılacak olan kuru fasulye yemeğini öncelikle bir gece önceden ıslatmalı ve daha sonrasında diğer gün yapmadan önce orta boy bir tencere içinde bir taşımlık su ile birlikte yarım saat kadar pişirmelisiniz. Bu şekilde yumuşayan kuru fasulyeyi daha sonra normal tencere içinde 1 saate yakın bir süre içinde yeterli yumuşaklıkta ve lezzette pişirebilirsiniz.
Normal Tencerede Kuru Fasulye Yemeği Tarifi
Gerekli Malzemeler:
- 2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı,
- 4 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ,
- 1 adet orta boy soğan(yemeklik olarak doğrayın),
- 3 su bardağı su,
- 3 yemek kaşığı domates salçası,
- 300 gram önceden haşlanmış kuru fasulye,
- 1 çay kaşığı tuz,
- 1 çay kaşığı toz şeker,
- Yarım çay kaşığı kırmızı biber ve kara biber.
Nasıl Yapılır?
- Kuru fasulyeyi etli yapmak isterseniz bir miktar et kullanabilirsiniz. Öncelikle soğanı yemeklik olacak biçimde ince ince doğrayın.
- Orta boy bir tencerenin içine tereyağı ve sıvı yağını ekleyip ocağın altını yakın.
- Daha sonra yemeklik olarak doğradığınız soğanı içine ekleyin ve pembeleşinceye kadar kavurun.
- Soğanları iyice kavurduktan sonra içine bir yemek kaşığı domates salçası ekleyin ve karıştırın.
- Salçanın kokusu çıkana kadar kavurduktan sonra bir gece önceden beklettiğiniz ve sonrasında yarım saat kadar haşladığınız yumuşamış kuru fasulyeleri içine katın.
- Son olarak içine 3 su bardağı su, 1 çay kaşığı tuz, 1 çay kaşığı toz şeker, kara biber ve kırmızı biberi de ekleyip hepsini iyice karıştırın.
- Bir süre pişirdikten sonra ocağın altını kapatabilirsiniz. Kuru fasulyeyi sıcak bir şekilde yanında tereyağlı pilav ve kornişon turşu ile servis edebilirsiniz. Afiyet olsun!
