Pişmemiş Sarma Dolapta Kaç Gün Bekler?
Pişmemiş sarma dolapta iki gün bekleyebilir. Fakat çok uzun tutmamakta her zaman fayda vardır. Öyle ki, ilk hazırlanan iç kadar buzdolabında bekletilmiş olan sarmaların içi piştikten sonra tat farklılıklarına sebep olabilmektedir.
Pişmemiş Sarma Dolapta Kaç Gün Bekler?
Sarmayı sardıktan sonra, eğer hemen pişirilmeyecek ise ilk iş olarak gerekli saklanma koşulları sağlanmalı ve ardından buzdolabının alt kısmına konmalıdır. Açıkta beklemesi durumunda direkt bozulabileceği gibi bekleme süresine göre eğer buzdolabında da doğru bir şekilde muhafaza edilmemiş ise yine bozulma gibi bir problem meydana gelebilmektedir.
Her zaman, yiyecekleriniz pişmiş veya pişmemiş olsun, saklarken gerekli önlemleri almanız gerekmektedir. Bu önlemlerden en önemlisi ise saklanan yiyeceğin kesinlikle hava almamasını sağlamalısınız. Çok iyi kapatılmamış gıdalar, gerek buzdolabında uzun süre hava alır bir vaziyette kaldığından, gerekse bozulmaya başlayan başka bir gıdadan ötürü çok çabuk bozulabilir ve sizi uğraştırabilir. O yüzden hazırladığınız sarmaları eğer hemen pişirmeyecekseniz kesinlikle hava almasını ve yakınlarında çabuk bozulabilecek ya da bozulmuş herhangi bir gıdanın olmasını engellemelisiniz.
Sarma İçin Uygulanabilecek Püf Noktalar
- Sarma için kullanacağınız malzemelerin hepsi taze olmalı. Yapraklar için mümkün olduğunda orta dereceli büyüklükte olanları seçmeniz, sarmanın görüntüsü açısından oldukça doğru bir seçim olacaktır.
- Sarma için yaprakları haşlarken aklınızdan çıkarmamanız gereken tek bir şey de kesinlikle cinsine göre haşlamanız gerektiğidir. Lahana, pazı, kara lahana ya da asma yapraklarının hepsi farklı şekilde haşlanmaktadır.
- Sarmayı sararken yaprakların saplarını koparabilirsiniz fakat daha çabuk bir işlem olması açısından, sarmaya başlamadan önce bıçak yardımıyla kesmeniz daha pratik olacaktır.
- Yaprakların yırtılmaması için, sarma esnasında aşırı iç kullanmaktan kaçınmalısınız. Sararken yırtılmasa dahi, pişerken yapraklarda yırtılmalar meydana gelebilmektedir.
- Yapraklarınızın pişerken açılmaması için, yaprağın son dolanan uç kısmını her zaman altta kalacak şekilde tencereye yerleştirmeye özen gösterin. Pişerken ya da servis edilirken sarmalarınız açılabilir ve çirkin bir görüntüye sebep olur.
- Sarmalarınız bittikten sonra en üst kısımlarına limon dilimleri yerleştirebilirsiniz. Böylece limon dolmanıza hafif ekşilik katarak tadını güzelleştirecektir.
- Sarmanızı pişirirken dikkat etmeniz gereken belki de en önemli püf nokta, ateştir. İlk 5 dakika her zaman yüksek ateşte pişirmelisiniz. Daha sonrasında ise kısığa alarak, ağır ağır pişmesini sağlayabilirsiniz. Yaklaşık olarak bu şekilde pişirilen bir sarma 40 dakikada hazır hale gelecektir.
Pişmiş Sarma Nasıl Saklanır?
Pişmiş sarma da aynı pişmemiş sarmalar gibi buzdolabında muhafaza edilmelidir. Pişer pişmez buzdolabına koymak da yanlıştır. Her yemekte olduğu gibi sarmalarda da öncelikle soğumasını beklemeniz gerekmektedir.
Sarmalarınızı, piştiği tencere içinde hava almasını engelleyerek muhafaza edebileceğiniz gibi büyük bir kaseye alarak üzerini streçleyip, yine bu şekilde saklayabilirsiniz. Doğru bir şekilde muhafaza edilen yaprak sarmaları 1 haftaya kadar rahatlıkla tüketilebilir.
