Somon Balığı Buzlukta Nasıl Saklanır?
Somon balığı bütün balık çeşitleri arasında besin değeri en yüksek olan balıktır. Hem omega 3 hem de protein bakımından oldukça zengindir. Somon balığında bulunan omega, protein ve faydalı tüm besinleri en yüksek oranda alabilmek adına balığın taze tüketilmesi fazlasıyla etkili ve önemlidir.
Bu nedenle de somon balıklarını mevsimlerinde tüketmek gerekir. Ancak mevsiminde alınan ve uygun koşullarda saklanan somon balığı her mevsimde lezzetini ve besin değerlerini kaybetmeden tüketilebilir. Bu noktada da somon balığının saklanma koşulları fazlası ile önem taşımaktadır. Somon balığını en etkili yollarla saklamak için ise nem geçirmez torba, bol miktarda tuz, alüminyum folyo, bir kase ve bir miktar su gerekmektedir.
1-)Nem Geçirmez Torba
Marketlerde kolaylıkla bulabileceğiniz nem geçirmez torbaların içine saklamak istediğiniz somon balığını koyun. Sonrasında bu torbayı buzdolabınızın derin dondurucu bölümüne koyun. Bir seferde tüketebileceğiniz miktarlarda torbalamanız oldukça önemli çünkü balık tekrar tekrar dondurulamaz. Bu durum zararlı bakterilerin oluşmasını sağlar ve zehirlenmelere yol açar.
2-)Tuz ve Alüminyum Folyo
Tuz ve alüminyum folyo ile birlikte saklamak istediğiniz somon balığınızı öncelikle iyice temizleyin. Ardından da tek seferde tüketilebilecek miktarlarda bölün. Böldüğünüz her porsiyon için ayrı ayrı bu işlemleri uygulayın. Önce balıkları bol miktarda tuzlayın ve tuz ile ovalayın. İyice tuzladığınız balıklarınızı hava almadıklarından emin olana kadar alüminyum folyo ile iyice sarın. Balıkları bu şekilde buzdolabında en az 2 saat bekletin. Bekleyen somon balıklarını derin dondurucuya atarak istediğiniz zaman tüketebilirsiniz.
3-)Kase ve Su
Somon balıklarını temizleyin ve buzdolabında bekletin. En az 3 saat bekleyin. Bu arada balıklarınızın büyüklüğü ile doğru orantılı bir kaseye su koyun. 3-4 saat geçtikten sonra somon balıklarını bu suyun içine batırıp çıkarın. Ardından da bol miktarda tuzla ovalayın.
Tuzladığınız somon balıklarını yeterli miktarlara böldükten sonra alüminyum folyo ile sararak buzdolabınızın derin dondurucu bölümüne koyun. Bu şekilde balığın üzerinde ince bir buz tabakası oluşur. Bu buz tabakası sayesinde somon balığınız uzun süre tazeliğini koruyacaktır.
NOT: Somon balıklarının tazeliğini ve diriliğini koruması adına tekrar tekrar buzluğa atmayın. Aksi takdirde balık zehirlenmesine neden olabilecek bakteriler oluşabilir.
