Süt Buzlukta Nasıl Saklanır?
İnsan hayatı için önemli bir yer teşkil eden süt bebeklikten yaşlılığa her dönemde tüketimi önerilen bir besindir. Mucize besin olarak görülen tek besin olan anne sütünden başlayarak süt alımına başlayan yapımız tercihlere ve kültürlere göre at, inek, eşek sütü tüketimi ile devam etmektedir. Hem anne sütünde hem de hayvansal sütlerde ortak nokta olarak zengin vitamin-mineral kaynağı olması ile kalsiyum içeriğinin yüksek olması sayılabilir.
Anne Sütü Buzlukta Nasıl Saklanır?
Bebeğin ilk aşısı niteliğinde olan anne sütü mucize bir besindir. Bebeğin bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirir, antikorlardan zengindir. Bebeği sarılık riskine karşı koruyarak mekonyumun temizlenmesini sağlar. Zengin vitamin ve mineral içeriği yanında en çok A vitamini içermesi ile bebeğin görme fonksiyonlarını artırır ve iyileştirir.
Annenin çalışması ve bebekten ayrı kalması, memenin süt ile fazla şişerek anneyi rahatsız etmesi gibi durumlarda anne sütü sağarak özel süt saklama poşetlerinde saklayabilmektedir. Sağılan anne sütü, süt saklama poşetlerinde;
- Odanın serin bir yerinde 6-8 saat,
- Buzdolabının rafında 72 saat,
- Buzdolabının buzluğunda 2 hafta-2 ay arası,
- Derin dondurucuda 6 ay saklanabilmektedir.
Burada dikkat edilmesi gereken konu ise süt saklama poşetlerinin üzeriden tarih atılarak eski tarihten yeni tarihe doğru tüketiminin sağlanmasıdır.
İnek Sütü Buzlukta Nasıl Saklanır?
- Fabrikada üretilen hazır sütler içeriğindeki katkı maddelerinden dolayı uzun süre tüketilebilmektedir. Ancak sütü üreten ya da açık satılan sütlerden satın alan bir kişiyseniz uygun şartlarda muhafaza etmelisiniz.
- Açık almış olduğunuz sütü üç beş dakika kaynatıp soğumaya bırakınız. Soğuyan sütü kullanacağınız miktarlarda buzdolabı poşetlerine koyunuz. Ağzını sıkıca bağladıktan sonra poşetleri dolabınızın buzluk kısmına yerleştiriniz. Kullanacağınız zaman buzluktan çıkardığınız poşetleri suya tutarak süt ile poşetin ayrışmasını sağlayınız. Poşetten ayrılan donmuş sütü bir tencereye alıp 10-15 dakika kaynattıktan sonra tüketebilirsiniz. Bu yöntem ile sütünüzü 3 ay kadar uzun bir süre taze olarak muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
- Fabrika üretimi yerine açıkta satılan süt almayı tercih ettiğinizde başka bir muhafaza yöntemi olarak almış olduğunuz sütü 20-30 dakika kaynatınız. Sonra soğumadan cam kavanozlara sıcak sütü dökünüz ve metal bir kapak ile sıkıca kapatınız. Kavanozlara koyduğunuz sütü buzdolabının rafında 16-17 gün rahatlıkla muhafaza edebilirsiniz.
Tavsiyeler
- Buzlukta muhafaza ettiğiniz poşetlenmiş sütlerinizi bir kere buzluktan çıkardıktan sonra tekrar dondurmayınız.
- Buzlukta saklanacak sütlerinizi dolaba koymadan önce mutlaka soğumalarını beklemelisiniz.
