Tahin Şeker Hastalığına İyi Gelir mi?
Tahin, susamdan elde edilen bir gıdadır. İçerisinde bulununan vitaminler sayesinde vücuda birçok yararı vardır. Damar tıkanıklıklarına iyi gelmektedir. Tahin tek tüketildiği gibi en çok kahvaltı sofralarında pekmezle tüketilmektedir. Birçok kek, kurabiye, çörek gibi tatlıların tariflerinde yapılan yiyeceğe lezzet katması için kullanılır. Tahinin kendine has bir lezzeti vardır. Fakat içerisinde vitaminle ve minerallerle birlikte bulundurduğu yağ ve şekerden dolayı tüketimine dikkat edilmelidir.
Diyabet (Şeker Hastalığı)
Bu hastalığa toplum içerisinde diyabetten çok şeker hastalığı denilmektedir. Şeker hastalığı, kandaki glukoz (şeker) miktarının normalde olması gereken seviyeden daha yüksekte olması ile beraber idrarda şekere rastlanması ile teşhisi konulabilen bir hastalıktır. Şeker hastalığının kendi içerisinde birçok çeşidi vardır. Şeker hastalığı, ülkemizde olduğu gibi dünyanın birçok ülkesinde en çok rastlanan hastalıkların başında gelmektedir.
Diyabet hastalığında sık yemek yeme ve tokluk hissinin oluşmaması, sık sık idrara çıkma, ağızda kuruluk, normalden fazla su içme isteği, yogunluk hissi, istek dışında gerçekleşen hızlı kilo kaybı, bulanık görme gibi göz problemleri, ayaklarda uyuşukluk ve karıncalanma hissi, oluşan yaraların normalde iyileştiği hızdan daha yavaş iyileşmesi, ciltte kuruluk ve bununla gelen kaşıntı, ağızda asetona benzeyen koku oluşumu gibi sorunlar ortaya çıkabilir. Bu belirtiler de şeker hastalığının varlığına teşhis koymada yardımcı olan belirtilerdir.
Şeker Hastalığında Tahin Tüketimi
Şeker hastalığı kişinin düzenli ve sağlıklı beslenmesini gerektiren bir hastalıktır. Şeker hastaları doktor kontrolünde doktorun oluşturduğu diyet listesine uygun bir şekilde beslenmelidir. Vücuduna zararı dokunacak ve şeker hastalığını tetikleyecek besinlerden uzak durmalıdır. Şeker hastalığı bulunan kişi bazı besinleri ise tüketebilmesine rağmen bu besinleri kısıtlı şekilde bazılarını haftada bazılarını ise ayda çok az miktarda tüketmesi gerekir. Tahinde bu besinlerden biridir.
Tahin içerisinde insan vücuduna birçok yararı dokunacak mineral ve vitaminlerle beraber yağ ve şekerde bulundurmaktadır. Şeker hastaları ise şeker hastalığını tetiklememek için yağ ve şekerden olabildiğince uzak durmalıdırlar.
Tahin ne kadar antioksidan özelliği olsa da, kişiye enerji verse de, damar tıkanıklığını önleyici bir etkisi olsa da içerisinde bulunan yağ ve şeker nedeni ile şeker hastalarına dikkatli tüketilmemesi ile beraber kişide çok ağır zararlara sebep olabilir. Kişi şeker komasına girerek hayatını kaybedebilir. Bu neden ile diğer dikkat edilmesi gereken besinler ile beraber tahinin tüketimine de dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir. Gün içerisinde kahvaltılarda bir çay kaşığını geçmemek şartı ile tüketiminde herhangi bir problem oluşmayacaktır. Ölçülü bir şekilde tüketilen tahinin insan vücuduna zararından çok yararı dokunacaktır.
